When my son flipped his car, and it being late in the year, I just saw trouble. More so with me being in Pretoria, the distance thing just seemed an issue. The appointment date given was on a date where my son already had to be out of his accommodation due to the property owners getting holiday rental income.
I explained my situation to Donford. (I'm not sure if I can/may name the people.) The lady handling the repairs spoke to her manager, and then to the workshop managers.
Short of a long story, they accepted my son's car earlier. Donford managed to squeeze it into their already crammed diaries somehow. The vehicle was ready literally on the day he had to vacate his accommodation. Throughout the period, I was continuously updated on the progress (and delays), and I was amazed at the effort done by the personnel.
Thank you for the exceptional service, something that is few and far these days. 5*'s to you, and I will certainly recommend you to anyone in the Strand/Somerset West area !!
