Why is there no ZERO star rating !? ow shamelessly ruthless Ignite Fitness can be. They are very quick to run a debit order (you have no choice), and take your monies monthly. My son moved away and had no recourse than to keep paying his contractual obligations. However, the error on Ignite Fitness side, effectively renewed his contract even though he requested the cancellation in writing, already in January. This was again communicated tonIF, when yet another subscription was deducted. Fault acknowledged on Ignite Fitness side, but yet to be corrected. I am told to wait 21 business days !!!!!
When my son flipped his car, and it being late in the year, I just saw trouble. More so with me being in Pretoria, the distance thing just seemed an issue. The appointment date given was on a date where my son already had to be out of his accommodation due to the property owners getting holiday rental income. I explained my situation to Donford. (I'm not sure if I can/may name the people.) The lady handling the repairs spoke to her manager, and then to the workshop managers. Short of a long story, they accepted my son's car earlier. Donford managed to squeeze it into their already crammed diaries somehow. The vehicle was ready literally on the day he had to vacate his accommodation. Throughout the period, I was continuously updated on the progress (and delays), and I was amazed at the effort done by the personnel. Thank you for the exceptional service, something that is few and far these days. 5*'s to you, and I will certainly recommend you to anyone in the Strand/Somerset West area !!

Repost due to removal; 9 weeks since my Welle Official purchase then, more than 7 weeks since a Welle Official made contact with me, promising an exchange 5 weeks since my returned goods were collected by Welle Official Zero progress, NO Feedback, NO communication, NOTHING. Just a broken promise and a disappointed kid. UPDATE: since my posting of 10th Feb, the Welle Official contacted me a couple of days later, saying my funds would be returned. I quote: ----------------------------------------------------- The refund has been processed via reversal of the system into the account that was used to purchase the order online . It normally takes 3-7 working days to reflect within your account. ----------------------------------------------------- As of today, where Friday was already the 8th day, STILL NOTHING.
The website doesn't work, and the staff (Bongi) just puts us on hold for 22 minutes after asking for a manager. You can't book more than one package to a booking, regardless hom many people are on the booking. The shirt and sweet answer is hust "then you have to pay onboard", and yes, then at a Dollar price. Not perturbed at all about the cost difference...

I have supported this store for more than 20-years, and have slowly seen the service deteriorating. Today was the final. I viewed a Fridge I wanted to buy (on their online portal), priced 9,999 and free delivery to my supp**** address. I thought I'd pop into the store itself, and possibly get the fridge today already. So it takes me 5 minutes to get someone to help. This after standing at the counter and no less than 2 staff members looking me in the eye and walking by. I eventually get thr attention of the Owner (daughter), who summons someone to me. OK, I see the fridge, and want to proceed to the transaction. Price confirmed, 9,999 with free delivery. "No stock, only the one on the floor". Not too happy, I ask if there is at least discount being standing on the floor. After the sales lady deliberates with a fellow colleague about discounts and deliveries, I interject (understanding their African tongue), and I re-explain what the deal is online. Of the sales lady sets to Management. Returns quickly, with a discounted price of 9,699. "Nice", I thought, but that thought was quickly trashed. "Because you get discount, you have to pay for delivery. R450.". SO THIS NOW MEANS, I GET A SHOP-SOILED FRIDGE FOR R51 MORE THAN A BRAND NEW. Go figure that. I indicated it doesn't make sense, but that was made to be the final decision. THANK YOU, AMD GOOD BUY Just spoke to Hirsch. They have stock, free delivery, AND any NEW customer !!!! Absolutely poor NEW World....
After eventually making contact with an agent, I return my shoes. Their elected shipping method, PostNet, indicates it had been delivered on 8 January already. Numerous follow-ups from MY SIDE have the same frustrating response "waiting for feedback". STAY AWAY if you don't want an untimely coronary attack!!!!
