Excellent Service at New World Menlyn! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a fantastic experience at New World Menlyn recently. I originally purchased an oven, but realized later it was the wrong model for my needs. newworld is poor company and poor service aftersales is poor i am still waiting on my tv that needs to be delivered but now they just out the hole thing and doesnt give damn about this i must up and down entire time they dont phone do nothing .

Wonderfull experience. I ordered two casio watches online, received order very fast even though I live in an outlying area(small town). Upon receiving order I realized that both the watches are to small for my large wrists. My mistake, never checked the case sizes. Phoned the shop and asked for a return and exchange for another watch. Daniel Roberts assisted me and booked the courier for the return. Tow days later I received my new watch, again fast and in perfect order. Thank you Daniel for delivering great service.

Don't come back, don't take responsible, I bought a fridge from the. New World on the 18th Sept, got a demo.but for 2 weeks after 2 Samsung technicians come out, confirm units is demo. My wife being order vouchers. After 2weeks sil nothing I was there today, Pule don't have a backbone, Rickus screaming on guys at HQ. After 3 weeks not update or feedback. Please advise

New World Menlyn delivered a new H310BIT fridge on the 21st of July, within that week the fridge stopped getting cold, I reported it withing the 7 day exchange period, a technician confirmed the fridge must be replaced, a week later New World till hasn't come back to me. I'm having to throw food away!!
