Don't come back, don't take responsible, I bought a fridge from the. New World on the 18th Sept, got a demo.but for 2 weeks after 2 Samsung technicians come out, confirm units is demo. My wife being order vouchers. After 2weeks sil nothing I was there today, Pule don't have a backbone, Rickus screaming on guys at HQ. After 3 weeks not update or feedback. Please advise
I bought a Samsung fridge at a retailer, had bad service/paid for a new fridge hot a demo, Samsung after sending 2 technician out, and mails and calls, confirming they will refund, they even offer extra discount, yet take no responsibility for their outlets products and services
