ITT WAS SUPPOSE TO DELIVER MY TV SIMCE THIS MORNING SAYING ITS IN TRANSPORT BUT WAS NEVER IN TRANSPORT THE PERSON WHO WAS SUPPOSE TO LOAD IT WENT HOME AND DIDNT SEE TO THE CUSTOMERS DELIVERY AND MADE IT AN PRIORITY THIS COMPANY IS UNRELIABLE WILL NEVER USE THEM OR RECOMEND THEM TO ANYBODY I WAS SUPPOSE TO GET THE DELIEVRY BEFORE 5 BUT I NEVER GOT IT THEY NEVER PHONED ME TO ASK FOR MY ADDRESS ACCORDING TO THEM THEY HAD WRONG ADDRESS BUT NO ONE PHONE ONLUY BY 11 AM RHEUNUS WHO OUTSOURCED THE DELIVERY TO THEitt PHONED TO GET THE ADDRESS BUT THEY ALSO USELESS THEY DID NOTHING VER SINCE NOTHING POOR SERVICES
this company was suposed to deliver our tv monday but apprently they couldnt say i stay in high risk area which is bull but they had the address wrong but never phone m eonce only today after they promised the entire day they will deliver befor 5pm but see the time they beacuse of their apparent high risk area they outsource to ITT TRANSPORT AND i phoned them they also promise dthe tv is in transport enroute then the gut at RTT never loaded the delivery only now the the was loaded 20min ago from warehouse i will never ever use Rheunus again neither ITT TRANSPORT poor customer service and ill do a review of them too .
newworld is poor company and poor service aftersales is poor i am still waiting on my tv that needs to be delivered but now they just out the hole thing and doesnt give damn about this i must up and down entire time they dont phone do nothing .
my tv went for repairs on ref number OLD REF : AZ3251016024 and the tv was repaired but the screen and tv didnt look the way it left my house the panel was not attached properly and miss aligned so i put complained and i am not happy with that tv as they leave me in same position as i was before they said the gone credit me however they did they gave me NEW REF :NX3251030012 since my tv was droped at my house they be playing cat and mouse i must call after them or the store where i bought tv must call them everytime for update upon update i am tired waiting now the tv the supplier collected the tv from newworld day before yesterday and it still not here is this how they treat customer especially a customer compliant customer . i am not happy with the skyworth investments africa their survice is putroit .
Why does this branch only make priority for online bookings what about people or old people that don't have access to internet, as the woman said even of you number 10 and there online booking number 200 that's last you gone have to wait for number 200 before number 10 that walked in without online booking most probably even an old person with no internet access get help where is the logic in this . Instead have another desk strictly helping online booking and strictly helping walk ins without online bookings
I have cancelled cartrack and I was liable for cancelation fees fair enough I made arrangements and in May they started deducting my account t left and right twice a month with diff amounts that wasn't agreed upon I changed and said I'm rather doing eft for last two months I do e eft yesterday and this morni g they debit my acount again there is notes as to what's going on but they still ***** my money from my account and I will recover all the bank charges and what they did regards to this theft they will be dealth with my lawyer busy this nonsense of them .
This morningbi was chating to a ladybthat helped me regards an unauthorized debit order that I didn't do a mandate for the more I tell her I didn't accept mandates of certain amount to be debited the more she said there's a mandate now how can the bank accept on my behalf mandates of any amounts that I am not aware of any new amounts Needs to be accepted by the amount holder and not the bank just accept debit orders to be deducted anyway she said she can reverse the debit as it's mandated I need to phone cartrack , and cartrack said they won't refund me it will be carried over even though that money was not agreed upon , but thank to the other lady that helped me over the phone this morning you've done a great job by reversing the money even though the other lady said it's not possible
Last month cartrack deducted additional 425 even though I had an agreement of 451 to be deducted I disputed the amount no one came back to me I handed them 9ver to my lawyer as they *****ulently deducted monies not agreed and mandated from my bank I phone the bank they don't have mandate of such anaount of 425 , this month of June they deducted again 318.75 which there is no mandate for and bank don't have mandates as a client of my bank I must approve mandates of the agreed amounts before it can be debited but how cartrack steel my money by double debit with the agreed amount and additional amounts ontop of that which I was never aware off that is theft by taking mojies from my bank that I am not aware off I've contacted the ombudsman too regards this issue I will never recommend cartrack to anyone ever again you left a very bad taste in my mouth .
In february I have made arrangements to pay cancelation off in six months I've been told they gone arrange 3 months there after another 3 months basically by August I will be done paying the cancelation fee , since March I have been paying this cancelation , for may I payed R 451 which are being debited as arranged but today an additional R425 was debited without my consent , *******ly debited , *****ulent debited , when I phoned them say just can't refund me , I told them I didn't agree to any affitional debits as just to the cancelation fee I had to pay over 6 months , I took already legal route with car track I am going to sue cartrack for al they stand for , this is *****ulent act I never agreed to this debit of 425 , I am aware only of my cancelation agreements which will be completed in August .
Since I've joined scorpion my all my matter were resolved in decent and professional manner thank you for that
