This company is utterly disappointing; I recently ordered from Evetech and had no idea how poor the service I was about to receive is. Rhenus Logistics clearly don't stand to their "time-sensitive business-to-business deliveries" claim. After waiting 3 days for my package to be collected and loaded for delivery I had received an email stating my package has been dispatched with no clear indication of when it would arrive, so I called Rhenus Express just to be put on hold and not even reach a representative. After clearing my day to try being ready for this delivery, I had received an email stating "Returned to Depot" at 18:25pm. I am still currently waiting for my parcel and there is still no communication from Rhenus at all when attempts are made to try get through. Everything this "company" stands for is a blatant lie, Evetech and Rhenus should do better in ensuring customer satisfaction. High level of incompetency. DONT EVER USE THIS COMPANY

Wrong delivery address. Waited all day for them to arrive when they finally called and found the correct delivery address, then they took my package to their depot. I have not been updated for the next delivery schedule. And after repeated attempts to call their number not a single person answered. If someone would have answered I would have been able to collect my package from their depot which is literally less than 15mins away. Now I have to wait for my delivery and arrange someone to collect it without any notification or feedback from these people.

Rhenus has one to be one of the most unprofessional services I have ever had to deal with. Getting the SAME driver, making the SAME mistake TWICE with a delivery address and not bothering to deliver. Then, when an incident is raised, the driver's manager sends one of the worst and most unprofessional emails that you could have, inclusive of so many spelling mistakes, it makes me wonder HOW this person is behind the logistics and organizing of the drivers I would HIGHLY recommend that if you have ANY chance to avoid using Rhenus, please do so.

The most *********** and useless logistics company in existence. Received a Parcel out for delivery in the morning. Later the same day I receive a Consignment details captured for the exact same parcel. I have been left without my parcel deliveries on several occasions with this useless company. NEVER USE Rhenus!!!

I placed an order through Evetech with great joy and high expectation which were then absolutely destroyed because I waited all day after receiving an email the same morning saying my parcel was loaded for delivery. I had plans to see off a family member leaving the country, but I couldn't attend it because of the email. Now I have to wait an additional day... because they do not deliver on Sundays which has now ruined all of my plans for the weekend. Could someone please just get things together and help me out?

I placed an order through Evetech with great joy and high expectation which were then absolutely destroyed because I waited all day after receiving an email the same morning saying my parcel was loaded for delivery. I had plans to see off a family member leaving the country, but I couldn't attend it because of the email. There is so much to complain about I'm not even sure where to begin... I placed an order through Evetech with great joy and high expectation which where then hastily crushed worse than junk car at a s**** yard. Communication? There must be no such thing - at least where Rhenus Logistics is concerned. The only email I EVER received was the one that continued to water my frustrations and anger like rain in a desert. The first two updates brought excitement which was promptly replaced by ever seething rage. In the span of 3 days, my parcel was "Loaded for Delivery" and then "Returned to Depot" with no reason as to why. The Friday which has just passed held two phone calls, both of which ended up being a classical music orchestra with no answer whatsoever. To actually contact the company, I had to go through Evetech. Only then did I receive an answer as to why my parcel was not yet delivered: the weather and a gravel road. (A complete lie might I add). I was then told it would be delivered later that day, which would turn out to be after 6pm. This brings me to the encoure; the delivery persons. When they did eventually rock up and my door, I overheard a comment that sounded unbelievably similar to the word for ***** in isiZulu. What a wonderful greeting! The person who handed me the parcel then even further enraged me. The box in which my extremely fragile parcel was in was in terrible shape, I've seen failed skydiving attempts in better condition. When I asked why it was falling apart I was told it was due to a lack of sellotape. (Two for two) To all who seek a courier: find another, this isn't the one. To all Evetech customers who order: My prayers are with you. I have no other to describe my anger so this will have to suffice.

I would like to express my profound disappointment and distress regarding the complete loss of a parcel entrusted to Rhenus Express, which contained an engagement ring valued at over R25,000. the only response I have received to date is a generic “sorry for the inconvenience.” This dismissive reply in no way reflects the gravity of the situation. The irreversible loss of an item of such immense sentimental and monetary value has caused significant emotional pain and distress to both myself and my partner. As a professional courier company, the secure and timely delivery of parcels is the core - and indeed the only - Service you are paid to provide. The fact that an item of this nature could simply “go missing” while in your custody raises serious questions about your processes, procedures, and accountability measures. At this stage, it is unclear whether the parcel was lost through negligence or ******, but either scenario reflects catastrophically on your organization. I hope I never have the displeasure of ever using your company again!
