Pathetic Service and Arrogant Management
Absolutely disgusted by the poor service and the arrogance of various departments in the company. ITT collected a parcel on 1 December 2025 and only delivered on 8 January 2026 after splitting the parcel to different provinces. We received a bill for undelivered goods and when challenged the so-called owner, "Gary", called us entitled to demand delivery and communications. He promptly cancelled our account and appropriated a R5,800 cash balance.

Pathetic Service and Arrogant Management

DELAYING PARCEL!!!!!! YEERRR!!!! NX!!
My parcel was transported via Aramex last week Tuesday on the 2nd of December. Today is the 9th and my parcel is still wondering the streets not on my hands. Aramex handed t over to ITT. Since 1am today it's been saying dispatched, I have not received a call about delivery since. Maybe you guys think we use your services for things we don't need? You need to get my parcel delivered today even if it means after hours. What you are carrying on that parcel is worth R42000 and you better deliver it today!!!

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM ITT
ITT WAS SUPPOSE TO DELIVER MY TV SIMCE THIS MORNING SAYING ITS IN TRANSPORT BUT WAS NEVER IN TRANSPORT THE PERSON WHO WAS SUPPOSE TO LOAD IT WENT HOME AND DIDNT SEE TO THE CUSTOMERS DELIVERY AND MADE IT AN PRIORITY THIS COMPANY IS UNRELIABLE WILL NEVER USE THEM OR RECOMEND THEM TO ANYBODY I WAS SUPPOSE TO GET THE DELIEVRY BEFORE 5 BUT I NEVER GOT IT THEY NEVER PHONED ME TO ASK FOR MY ADDRESS ACCORDING TO THEM THEY HAD WRONG ADDRESS BUT NO ONE PHONE ONLUY BY 11 AM RHEUNUS WHO OUTSOURCED THE DELIVERY TO THEitt PHONED TO GET THE ADDRESS BUT THEY ALSO USELESS THEY DID NOTHING VER SINCE NOTHING POOR SERVICES

Parcel delay
I sent the parcel from Johannesburg to Eastern Cape they told me the parcel is out for delivery and the driver will call the receiver but no one call the receiver until I pick up my phone and call them to ask about the parcel they said it's back to office because no one in the provided address I ask them why they didn't call they said I will get it on Tuesday because Monday is public holiday and they not working, on Tuesday they arrange the time frame with me(sender) I told them to come on Wednesday in the morning then the driver call at 13:20 that they outside when I ask the office they told me about the route the driver were dealing with I ask them why they didn't communicate with me or the receiver there were no answer those people doesn't have communication including their Port Alfred drivers are very rude that driver will drop a call while you still talking.

Lost/ ****** Items - ITT Courier Warehouse in disarray
I placed an order on Shein on the 15th November 2024. The courier company that was supposed to deliver my package was ITT courier (Graaff Reinet Branch). My order was out for delivery on the 26 November 2024, however on that day I had not received any call from the guys delivering nor did I receive my parcel. On the same day, at night I received an email informing me that my parcel is returned to the warehouse in Graaff Reinet. I then started calling the warehouse regularly hoping that I would receive my parcel shortly after that day. On one occassion, I spoke to a lady with the name Linda and on the other occassion I spoke to Amandia who confirmed that on their system my parcel is with them but they couldn't locate it. Its been a back and forth with them since that time. On the 13 January 2025, I reported this again and I was told ITT Courier is still investigating. on the 16 January 2025 they (ITT Courier) changed the status to show that my parcel is delivered, whereas that is not true. To date, I still have not received my parcel, but ITT Courier insist I received it. ITT Courier cannot tell me who signed for my parcel or where they dropped it. I need assistance with this, either I get a refund or my parcel delivered.

absolutely disgusted with this company Do not use them!!!
absolutely disgusted with this company Do not use them!!! They dropped off a package that was not mine!! They are loud unprofessional and downright gross, hooting at my gate revving the cars Engine and shouting loudly, it's so embarrassing. After telling the driver he has the wrong house I will try and call the her ( I recognised the number as she’s in our community group chat) I tell them to go 2 doors down and I go inside, something told me to check my cameras and I see them still at my front gate and 5 seconds later they drive away! Leaving the package at my gate I go outside get the package and make contact with the owner… I sent her the video footage as the drivers said she got her package and that she even signed for it! Which was a blatant lie They are all round a very unprofessional company the owner has no people skills and won’t try and rectify the situation ( items were missing from her bag ) and to date this company has not done anything I guess they got their money and they don’t care, you should be shamed!

JHB branch is useless. Called head office and they can't even get hold of them. Eventually got through to JHB and calls keep dropping, after multiple calls i get through, only to be told i must sit at home and wait for the parcel since they dont know when it will be delivered, not even the date. when asked about this all i get told is "IS IT?" Pathetic Service.

Excellent customers ITT Couries
I would like to commend Natasha at ITT tel number 0213851007. I was waiting on a parcel from SHEIN. My parcel was out on the road for delivery, for two days. Countless calls to buffalo to get an answer, with no luck. I lost my cool with my last call to them, asking what company is delivering my parcel. They said ITT. I gave her a call on 22 October and she said she will ensure the driver drops it first thing the next morning and she stuck to her words. She turned my whole experience around.
