Absolutely disgusted by the poor service and the arrogance of various departments in the company. ITT collected a parcel on 1 December 2025 and only delivered on 8 January 2026 after splitting the parcel to different provinces. We received a bill for undelivered goods and when challenged the so-called owner, "Gary", called us entitled to demand delivery and communications. He promptly cancelled our account and appropriated a R5,800 cash balance.
This is the biggest **** "traffic violation intermediary". They list non-existent fines and issue pending summons notifications. They do not answer calls nor communications to remove a person from their database in contravention of ETCA and POPIA. Never pay money to them and settle fines directly with the issuing department or municipality
This company is supposedly specialists in signage (branding and interior bespoke designs). Three months later we are still dealing with defective work on the 3rd installation attempt. The arrogant owner/s express their disappointment in us (as clients) despite them conducting several onsite visits and exact design and installation requirements given over wasting our time and resources. This a clown-car organisation that offers no specialism or professional, so it is not with disappointment but regret we parted with over R50,000 for inferior work at a new office in 5-star office park.
Avoid this business at all costs and beware of their personal attacks (false allegations) and lawfare to silence frustrated clients. They are quick to take funds from clients and then cannot account for, nor return them, in a timely manner. We have sued them to obtain over R100,000 (of our funds) that seemed to be have been taken outside of South Africa contravening local laws.
Beware as this company states they operate like a AirBnb / hotel and therefore property and consumer laws do not apply to them. Misappropriated our funds on two occassions and still and can't reconcile our account nor produce Fidelity Fund certificate for the monies.

The bank breached confidentiality by linked social media accounts to private banking and investment accounts; without client authorisation nor knowledge. Wealth & Management create their own T&Cs despite FSP/FSCA requirements, and my extensive knowledge of the sector. Complaints are closed by inviduals with no authority and not listed as Information Officers on the official POPIA database.
Never book apartment listed at Antibes (18 West Road Sandton, South Africa) We made upfront payment through www.booking.com and the apartment was not available upon specified date, despite "Special Request" noting early time of arrival and this was ignored. Security did not recognise the booking and refused access to the property complex leaving us on the side of the road to contact the property manager. We called the property manager 25 times (per listed contact number) and attempted communicate via the app and email for over 3 hours. Upon calling booking.com overseas did a property representative call and then add further T&Cs not legally listed.
It is always a pleasure dealing with a reputable and trustworthy dealership. I have never bought a vehicle interprovincial, without seeing or driving it, but dealing with Jonty gave me comfort knowing that I bought a vehicle without hidden defects or issues.
