The TooMuchWifi SuperZone Hotspot option is a problem that brings me strangers and ********s next to my yard. A lot of people stand next to my yard to get access to the Hotspot. I want that Hotspot switched off from my wifi. I don't have to switch my router off to get rid off these people. This is a very bad business development you have. You're increasing theft issues in our communities too. When children stand next to our yards with their phones, that becomes a hot spot for ******* which means you are unknowingly contributing towards crime stats in our community as they attract snatchers and get their phones ******. I kindly ask that you switch this Hotspot off my wifi, I do not want it. I do not feel safe with people standing next to my yard as if they are waiting for some soup or something from me. Being your customer to me means being inconvenienced because you care more about profit than the safety of your clients and the quality of their experience which means you can't retain me. One of the ways for client retention is to ensure safety by removing the hotspot option because it doesn't only contribute to crime, who knows? It might also be contributing to the nightmare of the connection sometimes that goes off for longer minutes like 10 to 15 minutes of blackout especially from 45th minute of any hour e.g by 19h45 I already know the wifi might be extremely idle and come back strong at 20h00 which is something that annoys me and I'm soon to unsusbscribe if you do not change and consider all the above mentioned. My parcel was transported via Aramex last week Tuesday on the 2nd of December. Today is the 9th and my parcel is still wondering the streets not on my hands. Aramex handed t over to ITT. Since 1am today it's been saying dispatched, I have not received a call about delivery since. Maybe you guys think we use your services for things we don't need? This person describes my friend exactly the work place and her position. We called Cell C, they were not able to help with blocking the number saying it must be the owner of the number who blocks the phone. How will a ****mer call for his or her number to be blocked? It's my 30th birthmonth and I choose peace more than ratchetness. I do not wish to resort into rating companies low, especially companies that are an assist to the black community. It's now day 7 excluding weekends and day 9 including weekend. I've been waiting for an installation. I paid last week on Monday. It's very frustrating because I chose to switch from another service provider thinking that by the time my data depletes on the 14th of July you would have come here. I need an installation as soon as yesterday because I run a business, you have no idea how much I lost in just one day 15 July alone because I did not work as I should have.
I am a client based in Atlantis Witsand. We have terrible Vodacome network here. No towers whatsoever. It took me minutes even to log in here, that's how bad the internet is. I buy 200Gig for R350 every month but the connectivity issues are persistent. Can you guys come to Atlantis Witsand to install towers for connectivity? We can't be struggling but we are Vodacom whereas MTN uses are cruising. This is not right.
I just received a call from DSV. I wasn't going to review. I was going to wait cz I don't mind waiting. I am writing specifically here because I hate to do one thing over and over again. Last week I received a call confirming that on Thursday I will receive my delivery and I gave the consultant all the information he was asking, the address and we confirmed it over and over again. They did not deliver my parcel. I don't mind. I can wait, I did not fume. What makes me unsettled is the call I am getting now, the consultant is asking me the same questions. Why? I am asking her , why can't you guys keep the information in your data base? When you check my profile why do you have incorrect information whereas it was just a few days ago when I gave you the correct information? I will not comply at all. You must learn to keep information in your data base and lose it 30 days later instead. On Monday, as the consultant said, I want my parcel on my hands. As I have said before, I don't mind waiting. Monday is the day you will deliver since you failed to deliver on Thursday and there was not even call to say "we apologize we did not manage to make it to your location" some courtesy π€·πΎββοΈ. Don't call me. Get it fixed!!! Track who called me last week and ask him where is my information. It was about 4 minutes call. Calls are recorded. Go to that call and listen for the correct information. Don't frustrate me whereas you delayed already
My brother paid the installation fee, Too Much Wifi called him yesterday saying they will come today and said they work during working hours, so my brother took a day off today which means loss of income as Too Much wifi did not pitch and did not communicate. Very bad customer service!!!
My bank card was supposed to be delivered on the 7th of May 2024. DSV did not deliver. They did not make contact at all. They called me yesterday 08 May 2024, I was busy at work. They called again today to tell me my card will be delivered on the 15th. I hate what they did. Now I am unable to make online purchases as well as physical purchases because my card is stuck with them. They are telling me they will only have a driver to my area next week on the 15th. They can't make means to deliver today or tomorrow.
