Rip off

I used Don't Q to renew my driver's licence. They don't actually queue for you at all - they took me to Bedfordview Licence Dept - there was no-one queuing for us, we just joined the back of the queue like everyone else. I feel ripped off and will never use these people again, total waste of money.

Tip for anyone who needs to renew their driver's licence: I used Don'tQ because I couldn't book a slot online. It turns out that Bedfordview Licence Dept takes walk-ins every Thrs and Friday morning, so you don't actually need to book a slot to get your licence renewed.
