These people keep phoning me. They are very pushy and keep pushing even when I say I'm at work and don't have time to take their survey. Feels like harassment.
I booked a flight online with Flight Centre. It's very convenient- you can choose between different airlines for the flight and the return, so you get a flight at the exact time you want. Quick & easy, very happy with he service.
I selected some pet food which had a big sign saying it was on special. Get to the till and it turns out that you don't get the special with a PnP card- you need 'to join ANOTHER club to get pet specials. How annoying! What is the point of a loyalty card if you don't get the specials the shop offers?
I renewed my license disc through WeQ4U, and am very happy with their service. There had been some problem with renewing the disc- I was told this was related to the change of ownership into my name being somehow incomplete. But it was all very vague and I didn't know to fix the problem so I could renew the disc. Jana from WeQ4U helped me, she followed up, phoned me, told me which papers I needed to submit- and then got my disc renewed in good time. Highly recommended for good friendly service. Thanks Jana!
This is a nice cafe, and it now serves Impossible burgers. You can order any of the burgers on the menu, and replace the patty with an Impossible patty. A bit expensive, but worth it as a treat. #BlackFriday
The courier service Banggood uses is terrible. The stuff I ordered got lost more than once. When I emailed them to sort it out I got auto-replies from bots. It is not fun trying to explain a mess-up in delivery to a bot, and it took 10 or more emails before I got a human to help me. Not recommended. #BlackFriday
My beautiful dog grew old and very ill. These vets helped him as much as they could, and significantly reduced his pain. When there was nothing more they could do, they came to my house (at my request) because I didn't want my dog to die in a strange place. They were compassionate and professional. It was a sad experience but I am grateful for the way the vets handled it, and would recommend them. #BlackFriday
I used Don't Q to renew my driver's licence. They don't actually queue for you at all - they took me to Bedfordview Licence Dept - there was no-one queuing for us, we just joined the back of the queue like everyone else. I feel ripped off and will never use these people again, total waste of money. Tip for anyone who needs to renew their driver's licence: I used Don'tQ because I couldn't book a slot online. It turns out that Bedfordview Licence Dept takes walk-ins every Thrs and Friday morning, so you don't actually need to book a slot to get your licence renewed.
I recently used the Takealot returns option for the first time. It was so much quicker and easier than I thought it would be - I marked the item for return, they picked it up from my house within 2 days, and 2 days later the full amount was refunded to me. (I could pick whether I wanted the refund into my card or my Takealot account). Friendly and efficient, I'm impressed :)
I recently brought an Etios from Imperial Toyota in Empire street. One or two small things were faulty (eg: window rubber missing). I don't know if these things were part of the deal or if I should have paid to have them fixed. I phoned Rudolf, he said drop off the car and he'd fix them for free. All fixed, all free, and a courtesy car! Great service. I highly recommend them!
