I have tried to do change of ownership and personal numberplate 21 days later and still have no closer to get anything done. Courier waybill was sent to me and said its ready for collection 3 days later they did not even bother to respond or to acknowledge All im getting is the automated response

I paid R1 219 to WeQ4U on [date] to handle my driving licence card. I sent all documents and paid in full. I was later told the DLTC issued my card to someone else. Despite delivering no usable result, WeQ4U now offers only R395.50 back because “their driver went to the department,” meaning they want to keep R823.50 of my money. This feels like a ****: take full payment, don’t deliver the service, then keep most of the money anyway. What I want: Full refund of R1 219 since no job was done and they did not do they due diligence

We had a very tricky vehicle registration issue. WeQ4U sorted it out for us and within two weeks we were smiling again. Very affordable, very convenient. I strongly recommend this lovely, stress-free service! Thank you, Hanelie at Panorama branch.

Will definitely recommend them for change of ownership. If you have the right documents (which is also explained and accessible on their website in detail), it takes 5 minutes to drop off and pay, I waited 3 days and had my car registered. They are efficient and my experience with them was effortless.

So after I left a review on Google, stating that they were not even slightly willing to assist and that the attitude was really poor, the director rep**** by explaining why they couldn't help. Then an employee of the company randomly sent me a WhatsApp which got me boiling because at no point did I give them consent to use a social media platform/medium to contact me. Since one can't reply to a comment on Google review, I decided to not leave it there and I've emailed them seeing that I am simply not someone who leaves a bad review and go on my merry way. I wanted them to understand WHY I was upset. It was all about the attitude! Whether they could help me or not! So an anonymous email reply reached me. After reading this I was AT A LOSS FOR WORDS! Now whoever (maybe too scared to give their identity) sent that email needs a reality check and that is my opinion. The person starts boasting the company and saying that they have so many clients and they have been around so long and if they provided bad service then they wouldn't have been around for so long and they have such huge clients etc etc! Basically, indirectly telling me that my complaint has no grounds. So it's safe to assume that they give a flying f... for the regular guy out there. Your complaint and input means absolutely nothing! Unless perhaps if you're a 'very big fleet'.
