I purchased an Inverter from them, which when it arrived (late) was the wrong one. It ran for a few months without me noticing anything wrong, until last week. We had loadshedding and as the batteries drained, the Inverter (24V) continued to supply power at the 19V range when it was suppose to cut off long before. This in turn damaged my batteries which I needed to have replaced.
Upon contacting Doodah 'customer service', they informed me that I had to test this on purchase. In other words I had to drain my batteries to way below DEAD to check if the Inverter cuts off. The inverter comes with a booklet in a broken English, with no make or model. The fittings at the back is loose, and the load and capacity readings on the LCD screen don't work.
I would not recommend this site for anything. And remember when purchasing a multiplug with a fuse, stick your finger in the plug to make sure it trips the power, otherwise return the plug.
