I purchased an Inverter from them, which when it arrived (late) was the wrong one. It ran for a few months without me noticing anything wrong, until last week. We had loadshedding and as the batteries drained, the Inverter (24V) continued to supply power at the 19V range when it was suppose to cut off long before. This in turn damaged my batteries which I needed to have replaced. Upon contacting Doodah 'customer service', they informed me that I had to test this on purchase. In other words I had to drain my batteries to way below DEAD to check if the Inverter cuts off. The inverter comes with a booklet in a broken English, with no make or model. The fittings at the back is loose, and the load and capacity readings on the LCD screen don't work. I would not recommend this site for anything. And remember when purchasing a multiplug with a fuse, stick your finger in the plug to make sure it trips the power, otherwise return the plug.
I received a very friendly and useful service from William Machitiso when I required emergency assistance. I was driving and my coolant bottle burst. Pulling over to the road I opted for the call back option on the app. Within a minute or so I received a call from William, offering me assistance. They new my location and where my car has stopped. He then proceeded to arrange a flat bed towing truck for my vehicle. The towing truck came in about 30 min and towed me to my mechanics workshop. The entire experience dealing with the insurance was a breeze, and I would highly recommend them for their road side assistance. Great job William!
Great service from them, and a great price. Quality was of the highest standard and they kept me up to date throughout the entire process. They also did a mock-up of the tombstone design before manufacturing it. I am very happy with their service and would recommend them to all. Find them here: http://www.forgetmenottombstones.co.za

It was a Saturday morning (17th September), whilst doing shopping at the Checkers Hyper in Kolonnade Shopping Center. I was helping a guy to get jars of of the top shelves which he couldn't reach. When he left with the jar, he also left with my cellphone which he pick pocketed from me.
I then asked the Manager to please find this on their 'security' cameras. But apparently they only track a few people through the store which *they think are suspicious, as their cameras move/rotate and the poor guy sitting in the security room needs to track the people. The manager didn't seem to want to help at all, completely useless, they even told me they will get back to me, which they didn't until I poped into the store again. I was then informed that goods get stolen often in the shop and they can't do anything about it.
The lesson here is two fold: Be carefull when shopping at Checkers, as they won't be able to help you, and secondly if you plan on stealing from a shop or people, there is no better place to be doing it than in Checkers, as they won't catch you and don't care.
This brings to mind two things, what is Checkers hidding? They must be working with the criminals? And I call crimen injuria on them for selecting only people they *think are suspicious, because clearly it is working (sarcasm).
Regards,
Mauritz

I visited Game to get a cellphone contract of R149 per month. After filling in the papers twice, and waiting half an hour for a reply from Vodacom, just to be told that I could not afford the contract because I don't earn R 7000 per month, even though I have no expenses and together with my partner we have a combined total of R 20 000, and not even R 1000 expenses. When I asked them why, the Game salesperson and Vodacom consultant went on chatting in another language and come with the answer that they generalize, which is B U L L S H I T. If you want to generalize then I will also generalize and say that all Vodacom salespeople are R--- and all Game salespeople are grade 8 I-----. And yes I can say that for an i---- is one who's IQ is less than 20, and clearly, they qualify, as for Vodacom salespeople, well they obviously can't count to 10, thus they have to be R---.
I will not recommend Vodacom or Game especially in the new Mall of the South to anyone who does not wish to have a most painful experience, you have never dealt with ------ until you talked to them.
Go well, stay safe and keep clear of the.... well, you know..
