I bought 2 tombstones from Forget me Not and hardly a year, the one tombstone has cracked. I am now informed that the cracked tombstone had been cracked due to the supposedly earth tremor that had happened. I am amazed as the other tombstone had not been touched by the earth tremor. To date, I have been informed that a manager will assist me, but I am still at a loss. I have read a comment herein where somebody mentioned that Forget Me Not has a approximate 22 year guarantee on their tombstone, I wonder if that guarantee is selective as it does not apply to me. I am greatly disappointed. My family and I intend unveiling these tombstones in September and I am sure it will be embarrassing for us to unveil a cracked tombstone. That is what we call value for money!!!

The forget me not Tombstones team, absolutely went above and beyond our expectations. Natascha and her team - Fikile, Verna and Norman all assisted us with such warmth and professionalism when we selected a tombstone for our grandparents To listening to our vision and our requirements we felt heard and we felt at home. The warm atmosphere made us feel at ease and they truly made a very difficult task, stress free and made it a very special experience. The end product is more than we expected and we would recommend them to anyone who wants a truly caring environment when buying a tombstone. Their quality and workmanship are first class. Thank you to the whole of forget me not, we will sing your praises to everyone.

Subject: Complaint regarding Rude Sales Assistant Dear Manager Customer Service, I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service I received from one of your sales assistants at your Booysens Branch today the 01 Jul 23. I believe it is important for you to be aware of this incident and address the behavior of your employee Fikile On the aforementioned date, I visited your store with the intention of making a purchase. Unfortunately, the sales assistant who assisted us was incredibly rude and unhelpful throughout the entire interaction.Not only did she not adhere to an appointment and advised “That there are many of you”.We also queried an original pricing she had given us and seeing that this disagreement could not be resolved we asked to speak to the Manager she reluctantly called and gave a picture that is entirely different. Their behavior was unacceptable and left a lasting negative impression on me as a customer. During our interaction, the sales assistant displayed a lack of professionalism by such as using a disrespectful tone, and making derogatory comments like “I have clients that have bought stones for R100000 you are not my first customer”Their behavior not only made me feel disrespected but also deterred me from completing my purchase and considering future interactions with your company. As a customer, I believe it is essential to receive courteous and helpful service when visiting your establishment. I understand that mistakes can happen, but the level of rudeness exhibited by your sales assistant was beyond what should be tolerated. I kindly request that you investigate this matter and take appropriate action to address the behavior of your employee. No customer should have to endure such treatment, and it is crucial that your staff members adhere to professional standards of customer service. I would appreciate a prompt response regarding the steps you intend to take to address this issue. Additionally, I hope you will take this opportunity to reinforce the importance of exceptional customer service among your staff an them not telling a potential .Thank you for your attention to this matter. We bought a tombstone at Forget me not Tombstones and My mom's tombstone got damaged and I was worried how are we going to fix it. We contacted Forget me not Tombstones and the gave a WhatsApp number to send pictures and I did , to my surprise I was told that their tombstones have a 22/25 year guarantee. The sent me a form to complete and within a week my mom's tombstone was repaired and it looks brand new . Guys at Forget me not Tombstones are the best. The guy by the name of Norman I appreciate you leadership. If you've ever need a tombstone please go to Forget me not Tombstones.

Forget me not tombstones at Booysens i would like to thank the whole team for their great work they have done for us, on erecting our brothers tombstone, their service was great from day 1 we visited their offices up to the last day they have erected the tomb, on behalf of the Mathonsi's family thank you so much to Forget me not family keep up the good work
