Subject: Complaint regarding Rude Sales Assistant
Dear Manager Customer Service,
I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service I received from one of your sales assistants at your Booysens Branch today the 01 Jul 23. I believe it is important for you to be aware of this incident and address the behavior of your employee Fikile On the aforementioned date, I visited your store with the intention of making a purchase. Unfortunately, the sales assistant who assisted us was incredibly rude and unhelpful throughout the entire interaction.Not only did she not adhere to an appointment and advised “That there are many of you”.We also queried an original pricing she had given us and seeing that this disagreement could not be resolved we asked to speak to the Manager she reluctantly called and gave a picture that is entirely different. Their behavior was unacceptable and left a lasting negative impression on me as a customer. During our interaction, the sales assistant displayed a lack of professionalism by such as using a disrespectful tone, and making derogatory comments like “I have clients that have bought stones for R100000 you are not my first customer”Their behavior not only made me feel disrespected but also deterred me from completing my purchase and considering future interactions with your company. As a customer, I believe it is essential to receive courteous and helpful service when visiting your establishment. I understand that mistakes can happen, but the level of rudeness exhibited by your sales assistant was beyond what should be tolerated. I kindly request that you investigate this matter and take appropriate action to address the behavior of your employee. No customer should have to endure such treatment, and it is crucial that your staff members adhere to professional standards of customer service. I would appreciate a prompt response regarding the steps you intend to take to address this issue. Additionally, I hope you will take this opportunity to reinforce the importance of exceptional customer service among your staff an them not telling a potential .Thank you for your attention to this matter.
