on 30 June 2024 we purchased a washing machine (top loader) Samsung WA19CG674 on lay-by. We did this in anticipation for our relocation to our new home at the end of September and made sure we make full payment by the 25 September 2024. When we went to go collect our machine at the Edenvale branch and make full and final payment on 25 September 2024, we were told the items are OUT OF STOCK?! As per your lay-by policy we were assured that the goods would be kept in reserve until they are paid off and delivery would occur immediately on the day that the final instalment is paid. We were then told by Khensani that the machine will be in-stock at our nearby branch (Fourways) on the 15th and provided us with the documents attached - She asked that we should present the attached documents and the branch would deliver the machine to our home. When we called her for an update closer to the time of collection to confirm delivery from the Fourways branch to our home on the 15th, she rudely and arrogantly responded by saying she does not understand why she has to repeat herself. Still no delivery
