Good day Vericred they are terrorizing me saying I owe Netcare group, when I call netcare to query I don’t have ay outstanding payments for them, worse is Vericred is saying I owe Parklane pharmacy I have never been to Parklane before, I asked them to send me the invoice as netcare advised but they failed, can Vericred stop harrasing for the debt that i dont know
Please help Parklane hospital is saying i owe them R520 for consultation i dont even know i have never been to Parklane hospital in my life, now Vericred is sending me statements when i call them back they hang up on me
I have been calling DSTV multichoice since from last week im not getting any help, i have paid my account but it still suspended, they have promised to open it in 45 minutes nothing has been done, i spoke to 6 consultans i don't even have airtime to call them again, and they don't call me back
I have ordered at the pharmacy on the 28 July 2021 on their watzup, my order went through my medical aid and no levy was required, but when the driver came he said i must pay R61, when i quickly contacted the pharmacy the driver was gone and they confirmed that i do not have to pay anything and they will order the drive to come back, till today i have not received my stuff, yesterday i was on the phone with them for almost 30 minutes and promised delivery today 30/07/2021 at 9H00 but nothing as yet

Hi, My sister Nomsa went to open a savings account at Nedbank Maponya mall branch today 07/09/2020, after she waited on the long queue for her turn to come, she was assist by Johannes Morakalla, which he asked her since she was employed why does she need a bank account what would she do with a bank account, and who is gonna deposit money for her on the account and how much will be deposited in her account monthly, so i fail to understand that in order to open a savings account with Nedbank you must be employed cant you just open the account for saving, i am the one who referred her to open the account at Nedbank cause i have good experience with the bank, now both my sister and i we a very disappointed and undermined by the bank, shame on Johannes guy hes got bad attitude and denied to open an account for my sister.

Yesterday 25/08/2020 I went to pick n pay liquor at Diepkloof square it was 16:45 and already the door was closed, and at the door they have displayed that they close at 17:00, so I asked the gentleman who was at the door what time do they close he said 17:00, then I said to him its still 16:45 and he said their system close at 17:00 at the door they close early, so I want to know why at the door they display 17:00 closing hours but they close early before the time that they have displayed at the door, can the Pick n pay management at square please fix this.
Hi, i would like to express my disappointment with MTN southgate next to checkers, their manager is John, on friday i went there to fix the error they made as i instructed them for my debit to be collected on 25th of every month but they didnt do that instead im being debited on the 1st of every month and there is no money by then in my account, so when i was there i sat there for about 20 minutes and the shop was practically empty , at the front all the tills were empty its 3 of them, on the couches on the side there 3 mtn employees helping 2 customers, when 1 guy was done i went to him and he rudely said to me he didnt call me i should wait to be called, i told him that i was since here for 20 minutes no one assisted me, 1 mtn lady came from the back and she assisted the lady that came after me cause it looked like she knew her, she didn't even border to ask who came first she just assisted her friend, and when i complained they looked at me like i was crazy no sorry no nothing even from their manager John, when i told him about my debit order problem he said i must call 135 i told him i did, then he gave me some email address i told him im at mtn store and i expect them to resolve my issue as it was caused by them, im totally dissapointed with their service
