Hi I would like bring into your attention that the meat you gave me yesterday was burnt and I believe old oil was used to cook that chicken it had a funny smell. I bought 9 pieces of chicken in the evening at round about 20:10 and my order number was 298. I did not enjoy the meat at all as well as my family. The experience was bad guys. Highly understand that the was a Soweto Derby yesterday and you’ll was busy, however that was unacceptable R150.00 it’s a lot of money to waiste.

My policy has been cancelled due to 2 consecutive months of non-payment, I called the company on the 2nd of January and advised them that they didn't debit my account on the 1st as agreed and also advised them that their debit isn't going through on the 1st of each month. I then asked for the banking details so that I can make a payment and was I advised that they can make an arrangement for next Thursday the 8th and a double payment will be done. To my surprise I got a mail telling my policy is cancelled and I called again and I was told it has been cancelled, and I need to be transferred to sales department a get a new quote. I have just been told that the 3rd claim that their client said I should submit will take close to 60 days for them to fix my car, I will not accept that I want my car fixed, their client bumped and damaged my car. Today I submitted the affidavit that they requested and it was the only document outstanding. They say I must involve my attorney and that's unacceptable. I HAVE BEEN TOLD IN NOT SO MANY WAYS THAT THEY ARE DOING ME A FAVOUR BY FIXING MY CAR. 😡🤬 I WANT MY CAR FIXED, I'M DOING BUSINESS WITH MY AND AS IT IS IM LOSSING REVENUE! 😡🤬😡🤬😡🤬
My car was involved in an accident, and the client was the one who's at fault. He submitted a claim and the was captured and submitted. He then came back to us with a claim number and advised us to call the 3rd party claims department of which I did and was told which documents to submit. They wanted 3 quotations, and I managed to get 1 and I advised them that I managed to get 1. The others want me to pay money to get a quote, called in earlier to was advised that they are in a meeting and the lady that I spoke to, told me that without 3 quotations there's nothing that they can do. I don't have the money for the quotations and who's is reimburse my money? Their client is a fault here and why should I pay money to get my car fixed? That's nonsense. The lady by the name of Thami thinks I'm stupid and I'm an idiot, called the customer center because I requested a document last week and the gentleman that helped advised that I would receive the document with 24 hours and the 24 hours has passed I haven't received the document hence I called. She said she will provide me with the email address where I should request the document and I asked her why I was advised that I would receive it with 24 hours and her answer was I don't, she kept on saying let me provide you with the email address and she doesn't mind waiting even when I kept on asking her to send me an email with the email address, I then asked her if she could send a text and she said she doesn't has the facility to send a text and I asked her she doesn't have the facility to send an email, her response was condescending that she didn't say that I said it and when I told her to stop insulting my intelligence she went quiet on me and didn't answer me, mind you I'm the one who called she didn't if I used airtime to call. If she felt that me and her could not continue talking, she should have advised me and transferred me to her team leader or manager
I'm not feeling well, and I called your call center because I couldn't log on to my app. Then I spoke to this lady Matsatsi who made my calling experience wonderful, she was so calm and answered all my questions and gave me solutions as well. keep up the good work Matsatsi and have a great festive season .
I upgraded my contract late November with a refurbished iPhone 11 and I understood that it was not a new device, however I was assured that it won't give me problems. Firstly I struggled getting the phone from the courier and I had to call and wanting to cancel the contract and that's when the devise was delivered. A day after I received the device I booked it because the battery didn't last and it was picked up. The guy called me from the repair center and assured me that the phone is okay and he did a software update. When they brought the phone back I was not informed luckily my cellphone consultant received the phone and asked me if it was my phone and I said yes,funny because I was advised by the courier that no one can accept my parcel. I took the phone kept as I was busy preparing for black Friday it was on on Thursday if I remember correctly when I started using the phone and only reliased on Friday evening that I can't make nor receive calls. Today I call the call center wanting assistance then this lady shouts at me (Sinethemba),telling me to put welkom Sim card on a cellc contract phone and I refused, I asked to speak to her team leader and she told that she can't put me through and she has a lot of team leaders insulting my intelligence. She wanted to transfer me to repair center i refused at first and then after she refused me to speak to her team leader I asked her to transfer me to repair center and she now you want me to transfer you. I want a new devise or contract cancelation. I cannot pay for something that I won't be able to use for the next 24 months
I just had a bad shopping experience with Pick n Pay Maponya Mall, the ladies working in their kiosk department they are not customer friendly and had a bad attitude. I was with a colleague, and I wanted water, and he wanted cigarettes, so I took the Pick and Pay Sparkling water brand, and we then proceeded to the Kiosk department, when I took out money to pay for my water, I was told that I can't pay for the water at the Kiosk I need to go queue and I refused I told them that I'm buying a Pick n Pay brand and why must I go pay somewhere else. I asked them to show me where it is written that you can't pay any other products except kiosk products, rudely the showed the tills and I still refused to go, and they called a lady who told them to accompany me to the tills. I refused and left the water there. They have lost a sale and a customer. If it was the rule made by management Wow. My question is if a customer wants a cigarette or any Kiosk items are they not selling at the main point of sale?
On the 10th of March 2025, I called your customer service number and logged a call requesting a debit order information, because I have misplaced the contact details of the company that's debiting my account. At the end of the call I was promised a reference number of which I didn't get, however I was advised that the due date for the call is the 19th. So my question is if I don't get requested tomorrow how will I query??
