Hi I would like bring into your attention that the meat you gave me yesterday was burnt and I believe old oil was used to cook that chicken it had a funny smell. I bought 9 pieces of chicken in the evening at round about 20:10 and my order number was 298. I did not enjoy the meat at all as well as my family. The experience was bad guys. Highly understand that the was a Soweto Derby yesterday and you’ll was busy, however that was unacceptable R150.00 it’s a lot of money to waiste.

On the 25th of July 2025 I went to KFC Southgate to get a family meal..I waited for about 1 hour 37 minutes with a lot of people complaining to an extent that one lady almost slapped a cashier because we had to wait for so long. As if that wasn't enough. I got the food and upon my arrival at home noticed that the bread was rotten and had even turned grey or blackish. The meat was old and smelly, not only that but it had something like cotton wool inside. I am so disappointed after one lady tried so much to assist with the que and get orders out.

I placed my Wise 3 pap order just before 8:00 p.m., and it was not until after 9:00 p.m. that I got a WhatsApp message from Uber informing me that there was no pap. Then I told them to cancel the order. i am no longer ordering from there

on the 1st Jan i went to KFC did a self service at KIOKS, ordered 2* streetwise 3 pap- there was no KFC staff t KIOSK -my order was 1986 -it took long for the order to be called I decided to go to the front-the last says to me there is no pap, i asked if I didnt come what was going to happen - she never responded and instead gave other people attention-went back like literally had to raise my voice so I can get her attention- as a customer service personell she never even gave me option that they have - she said to be I will wait for pap to be cooked- basically i had to wait for 1 hour + for pap to get ready- worse she didnt have a tag- manager came and asked her to apologize she did not even bother - not sure why do we have such people to serve customers

The service in this place is pathetic!! Aibo every single time i go there theres always going to be an issue. If its not the staff having their own big chat in front of clients. To them giving you attitude as if they doing you a favor instead of them doing their work. To serving their boyfriends first whilst people are waiting in the que, to always waiting for meat!!! I live up the road from the centre but at this point I'm willing to drive to scottsville. Theres no accountability. Worse theres no customer service. Something needs to change!!

After a long day at work and doing kids homework I did not get to any cooking so i rush to the KFC at Southgate to buy street wise 5 and a Jalapeno wrap. I politely ask for extra hot sauce on my wrap. my order comes and off i go with the expectation that i got what i ordered. I got home to a wrap that had what i can call 3 chicken strips (Shocked) and seeing that this is not my first time buying this meal i was kind of shocked and wondered if its the area or what cause KFC Sloans has never offered me what i found. The wrap had about 2 Jalapenos and no sauce at all. i was so disappointed that i even lost my appetite. I am really appalled by the service i got i don't know if its the whole black on black service or its just standard practice for KFC workers at Southgate to be rude and condescending to their black customers.
