In September 2024 I purchased my car from Hyundai Bryanston and from day one I got impeccable service from my sales lady Mimi. From the test drive all the way to going to the dealership to sign my life away hahahahah. I bought a pre-loved vehicle that I loved, that was due for service on the 1st of December, took it back to the same dealership on the 28th of Nov and the service was amazing from the guy who directed me in, to Thaeer Shaik who helped me sign my car in for service. The staff etiquette there was amazing and must say being dropped off at my office for work and just the treatment I got overall was amazing. I had requested for my car to be serviced by Jabu, who did an amazing job and the condition I left my car in, to when I was called in time to go fetch for my client meeting, my car was clean, washed and polished and smelling brand new again. Jabu stood with me while I checked all the things he serviced in my car are working and in mint condition, with a smile on his face he just wanted to make sure all was in order. Thank you so much to the Hyundai Bryanston team... your work does not go unnoticed. Keep up the good work. Teamwork makes the dream work...
After a long day at work and doing kids homework I did not get to any cooking so i rush to the KFC at Southgate to buy street wise 5 and a Jalapeno wrap. I politely ask for extra hot sauce on my wrap. my order comes and off i go with the expectation that i got what i ordered. I got home to a wrap that had what i can call 3 chicken strips (Shocked) and seeing that this is not my first time buying this meal i was kind of shocked and wondered if its the area or what cause KFC Sloans has never offered me what i found. The wrap had about 2 Jalapenos and no sauce at all. i was so disappointed that i even lost my appetite. I am really appalled by the service i got i don't know if its the whole black on black service or its just standard practice for KFC workers at Southgate to be rude and condescending to their black customers.
I bought a bed at Sleepmasters in Southgate and was told the bed was on special with the order of it being extra length. So I took the deal paid up the bed and my order for the extra length was sent in on Monday 26 August 2024. Today 28 August 2024 they call me to tell me that I will need to pay an extra for the bed for it to be extra length. The gentleman tells me that they were informed by the warehouse that they can't do that and now I have to pay. So I tell the gentleman that that's not fair cause that's not how the bed was sold to me and only now that I have paid and they want extra I must just accept. I later receive a call from one of the ladies in store who told me they can give me a R500 discount from the extra that they say I should pay. I asked that this still means I need to pay whatever amount which I did not budget for, and I don't have for a bed they sold to me under false advertising. The lady then said she deals with this issue all the time where head office or warehouse changes things and never inform them or get a solution. I then follow to say so this is what you tell your customers, and they must accept. She became impatient with me and told me to come get my refund. I went to the store because I needed a bed and now, they are failing to deliver on their promise, I told the lady that I feel it's an internal issue that they need to solve and if they can call me with a solution of getting the bed I ordered. instead, she had an attitude telling me to come get my money, very unprofessional and extremely bad black on black service. I need a solution as I had expressed to them, I am moving houses and will need to have this bed even cause of the kind of bedding I have that is only for extra length. I had laid a complaint with their head office Ref No:9000367565 Spoke to a gentleman called Thabo and a Lady called Mapula who said they have logged a ticket. I do need to know what to do now as this is not supposed to be my problem but the stores problem who sold me a bed of lies!
