Worse service ever
worst customer service I have ever received in my life buy Hlengiwe Makhanya and Nomzuzo Nkabinde at openserve worse part was when they hung up on me .after using Openserve for years I cannot recommend it to any one because of this rude ladies.

Vuma is the worst
Vuma is the worst ever ,paid 5 days ago till to date I don't have connection ,my airtime is exhausted from being taken from pillar to post without any help Vuma agents are the worst they don't know what they are doing I would never recommend vuma should have stuck with Openserve

Nomfudo from MBD is the rudest and wicked agent
On the 12th of June I was called by a lady called Nomfudo M from MBD on behalf of Truworths was the rudest agent ever she shouted at me and even said yekela I would not recommend anyone to open a truworths account to avoid being insulted

The worst funeral cover in the world
On the the 21st of May 2024 I went to Assupol Westgate mall to claim a funeral policy I was assisted by the lady called Palesa I gave her all the relevant documents and she reassured me that all the documents are correct and my claim has went has went through and the payment will be done in 48 hours it is the 4th day and I still have not received the payment instead I have been taken to pillar to post without any help
