I am so annoyed with this people. My tracking agreement ended in December 2024 and I requested that they cancel the agreement a I had bad service as well as the contract has expired after 3 years. I am now called by rude people who insists that I pay for a non-existing contract. This is very bad service.
I bought 2 tombstones from Forget me Not and hardly a year, the one tombstone has cracked. I am now informed that the cracked tombstone had been cracked due to the supposedly earth tremor that had happened. I am amazed as the other tombstone had not been touched by the earth tremor. To date, I have been informed that a manager will assist me, but I am still at a loss. I have read a comment herein where somebody mentioned that Forget Me Not has a approximate 22 year guarantee on their tombstone, I wonder if that guarantee is selective as it does not apply to me. I am greatly disappointed. My family and I intend unveiling these tombstones in September and I am sure it will be embarrassing for us to unveil a cracked tombstone. That is what we call value for money!!!
I have an account with Cartrack that I have paid for the entire year. I am now receiving calls from them to ask me to pay my monthly fee. I do not understand this as I have paid for the year. Do they know what their doing? I wrote to the CEO and no reply is forthcoming. The contract ends December 2024 and it will be goodbye to Cartrack
