During Feb 2024 I bought a Doom Insect dispenser to control flies. I installed it in my kitchen and within one a few days the cannister was empty. Allthough on the can it stipulated that the cannister should last for a month. I then thouigh maybe the cannister supp**** with the dispenser was maybe empty. I bought a new cannister they are expensive R105 each. But if it will last a month it is not to bad. I installed the cannister and set the setting on the lowest and the idea was to reset it to a higher setting until such a point where I can achieve control. Within two days the cannister was empty. I checked it and found that the dispenser is spraying every 20 seconds . It does not matter on which setting it is. So the dispenser is faulty. On 11 March 2024 I phone the number 0860101107 supp**** on the cannister and made a complain. I was asked to take a photo of the dispenser and the cannister, I was given a Ref no. TB2402110021 and I must send the photos to their whatsup no. 0636917508. They told me that they will come back to me. When I had no reply from them after a month I phone them again and a lady said that some one will contact me. It is now almost six weeks and still no respond. They are a big company and do not worry about small things. The way they treat their customers is bad. I have spend about R500 and waisted that money. I am a pensioner and that to me is a lot of money. People must be aware to buy Doom products, if it is faulty they will not help you.
