I had some matter to resolve which they did promptly to the point with no hiccups.
On Monday the 26th of August I went to SPAR Meyerton to buy SPAR milk and some other items. I was shocked, the stores shelves were empty and they did not SPAR milk on their shelves. It looked like a ****a shop half empty shelves not what I expected from a SPAR supermarket. I think Meyerton SPAR is a disgrace to the SPAR brand. SPAR I think you must investigate because this SPAR is hurting the brand.
Pineapple Insurance must be the worst company to get hold of. There is a price increase looming. They send the new amounts to my bank to alter the debit order. Then they asked me to approve the DebiCheck. When I went into my Bank account to approve the new Debit order I found that there is app R200.00 discrepancy between the new policy schedule and the new debit order amount. Its two weeks now I am trying to get hold of them to fix the problem. I only get messages that I must approve the DebiCheck. They do not worry because the debit order is R200.00 in their favour. There is no way you can get hold of them. Even with my last claim took weeks to resolve where the run of insurance companies try get a result within 5 days. Very poor show Pine Apple.
On Monday the 13th of May. at app. 22h30 I had an direct lightning strike on my house. My house was left in darkness. I found that numerous stuff was damage because of the strike. I reported the matter to Virseker and within 10 days the claim was processed and I was paid out. This is excellent service by Virseker.
I want to share a great experience I had from Your Solar SA. Monday the 13th of May at app. 22h00 we had a direct lightning streak on my house. The whole house was left in darkness. I had a solar system installed, but I knew that the lightning must have damage the system. I phoned Your Solar SA and report the matter to them. within 1 hour the Technician was at my house. He tested the system and said that it was totally damage by the lightning strike. He replaced the Inverter fuse boxes etc. and by 00h30 we were up and running and my power was fully restored. When I reported the matter, I was not expecting them to come out straight away but only the next morning like most do. Now that is what I called an awesome 8 star service. They treat you like family. I think they the best in the game.

During Feb 2024 I bought a Doom Insect dispenser to control flies. I installed it in my kitchen and within one a few days the cannister was empty. Allthough on the can it stipulated that the cannister should last for a month. I then thouigh maybe the cannister supp**** with the dispenser was maybe empty. I bought a new cannister they are expensive R105 each. But if it will last a month it is not to bad. I installed the cannister and set the setting on the lowest and the idea was to reset it to a higher setting until such a point where I can achieve control. Within two days the cannister was empty. I checked it and found that the dispenser is spraying every 20 seconds . It does not matter on which setting it is. So the dispenser is faulty. On 11 March 2024 I phone the number 0860101107 supp**** on the cannister and made a complain. I was asked to take a photo of the dispenser and the cannister, I was given a Ref no. TB2402110021 and I must send the photos to their whatsup no. 0636917508. They told me that they will come back to me. When I had no reply from them after a month I phone them again and a lady said that some one will contact me. It is now almost six weeks and still no respond. They are a big company and do not worry about small things. The way they treat their customers is bad. I have spend about R500 and waisted that money. I am a pensioner and that to me is a lot of money. People must be aware to buy Doom products, if it is faulty they will not help you.
After I place an negative review, FNB did reply to my review and did apologized by saying Sorry Sir. And then rep**** that it is not their fault that E-Bucks was not active anymore only to say that my account is not up to date and was not compliant. But when I done business where they collect everything was working, sorry but I do not under stand or I do at FNB I am only a number. They say that they cannot fix the problem and that rewards of using E-Bucks I have lost. does not pay at FNB. I could have used my Standard Bank card. FNB did not notified me that my E-Bucks card is no longer active. FNB benefitted and I lost out. I have accepted that I am the process to change my debit orders to my other bank so that in near future to cancel my credit card and Bank account with them. They were not sincere for me to bank with them because I am to small. I cannot in trust my finances and money with FNB. They said that they will see if they did send me that my account is not active. So what they are doing is to put the blame on me.
i HAVE JOINEDFNB WHEN IT WAS Barclays Bank in the early 70's and then they changed name to First National Bank. So I am a member for approx. 50 years. I also join their E Bucks reward system of which I have no problem with until recently. Last year I did house renovations and spend approx R300000.00. I HAD A CHOICE TO USE EITHER namely FNB E Bucks or my Standard Bank rewards system. Regrettably I chose to use E Bucks due to my long standing relationship with them. Earlier this year I contact them to see how many E Bucks I have earned and they rep**** a merely R100. I said that it is impossible. Then they said they will look into the matter only to report me later that my E Bucks is not active and that I should have check that it is active. I then asked them who inactivated this account and they came with the classic answer " I DONT KNOW" i SAID THAT THEY ACTIVATED LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND CORRECT IT. THE REPLY EAS SIMPLE SORRY SIR YOU HAVE LOST THAT MONEY THEY CAN ONLY PAY WHAT WAS UDED THIS YEAR. SO, SO I WANT TO WARN OTHER MEMBERS USING E BUCKS TO BECAREFULL DO NOT TRUST E BUCKS. IT LOOK LIKE WHEN THEY SEE BIG MONEY WAS SPEND THEY COME TO WITH TTHIS TYPE OF AN EXCUSE FOR THEM NOT TO PAY THE BIGGER AMOUNTS OUT. i PHONE THEM AND SAID THEY MUST CANCELL MY E BUCKS AND THEY REPLY THEY CANNOT. I DID ASK THAT A SENIOR MUST PHUNE ME I AM STILL WAITING. I AM THINKING OF CANCELLING MY ACCOUNT ALL TOGETHER BECAUSE I JUST CANNOT TRUST THEM WITH MY FINANCES. I SHOULD HAVE USED STANDARDBANK IN STEAD AND WOULD HAVE BEEN A WINNER. SHAME ON FNB DOING IN PESIONER.
To try and get hold of this company after the deal is done is hopeless. Before the deal no problem, now that they have my money they are completely hopeless. You only get messages we will contact you as soon as possible. Very poor service. I can not recommend this company to anyone.
