My relationship with Your Solar SA started last year with an inspection of my current installation with Matt and he was very friendly and knowledgeable
My relationship with Your Solar SA started last year with an inspection of my current installation with Matt and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. I then wanted to upgrade and update my system. I found the quotes to be very competitive. The whole process with Solar SA makes u feel like u part of there family.

Professional service from the beginning. Excellent communication from the word go. It was obvious from the start that everyone at Your Solar SA is passionate about their job and instill a sense of pride in everything they do. It really was a wow experience dealing with them!

Your Solar SA did a great job and had my whole system set up in less than a day
Your Solar SA did a great job and had my whole system set up in less than a day. I got 20 panels, 12k inverter and 2x 16kw batteries installed. The system is working like a charm. I would highly recommend them!

Your Solar SA did a great job and had my whole system set up in less than a day. I got 20 panels, 12k inverter and 2x 16kw batteries installed. The system is working like a charm. I would highly recommend them!

I highly recommend Your Solar SA After a lightning strike damaged my solar system, they handled the entire situation with promptness and professionalism. They managed the warranty and repair process for my Deye inverter and Dyness batteries seamlessly. What truly stood out was their exceptional commitment to customer service: they loaned me an inverter to use while mine was being replaced, ensuring we had no disruption in power. Their communication was clear throughout, turning a major headache into a resolved issue. This is exceptional after-sales service. Thank you!

Their communication, service, and attention to detail were excellent throughout the entire process. Even when a minor issue arose that was not their fault, they handled it quickly and professionally. I highly recommend Your Solar SA to anyone looking to install a solar system.

Their communication, service, and attention to detail were excellent throughout the entire process. Even when a minor issue arose that was not their fault, they handled it quickly and professionally. I highly recommend Your Solar SA to anyone looking to install a solar system.

Worst service
This has been by far the worst service I’ve experienced from Your Solar SA. I have all the WhatsApp messages and proof to back this up. I’ve been trying to get assistance since August, and only in January did someone finally come out. I was then promised a quote — which I still have not received. Since then, I’ve tried calling multiple times with no answer. At this point, I highly recommend avoiding this company. The level of service and follow-through has been extremely poor. If they reply saying this is not true I’ll post the photos. Edit as stated. They only tried to contact me cause I left a review. No inappropriate language was done injustice use an expression and in **** off. They now trying to tie it around I have posted all the proof. Als them to post their proof let’s see Attached are the photos from August. No swearing I asked them to leave me alone.

EXCELLENT SOLAR RECOMMENDATION
We bought a house with an impressive solar system installed by My Solar SA. As the new owners we requested a call out to educate us on the system. WOW! Service par excellence. From the first phone call and discussion with Marius to the technician Matt who called on us.. it was a total pleasure. They were so eager to please and went the extra mile in educating us on the system, installed the necessary apps and gave excellent advice. The system installed is very impressive and more than adequate. We would highly recommend My Solar for all solar requirements. They offer a monthly maintenance contract which monitors the system at an extremely reasonable price. Do give them a call
