An Absolutely pain-free experience with a solar company that does a fantastic job. From start to finish and beyond we were BLOWN away with the service
My mother-in-law who I live with and I have had ENOUGH of the service from Multichoice regarding our contract for DSTV. We have had endlessproblems with Box Office with our movies being removed with hours after we have PAID. We then have to contact an agent at your call center who can re-issue the movie. The movies never stay on the promised 48hours. I made a complaint on the Multichoise/DSTV facebook page on the 30th of October and I have YET to hear from the agents. My husband as well as my father-in-law work shifts which means that we like to hire the movie knowing that they can watch it when they get home from work. Lately that has not been the case.

It is so frustrating considering that we are ALREADY paying an arm and a leg for the services only to have them not function properly. Apple TV here we come!!!!!
In December 2014 I had to send documents to Durban. I was notified that I would need to pay a whooping R185 to get 2 A4 pages delivered to Durban from the Waterkloof branch.

I was notified that my parcel had arrived however the person for who the parcel was intended for had not received any delivery. I contacted the postnet in Durban and they told me that someone by the name of Dumisane had signed for my package. Firstly these documents were HIGHLY confidential and secondly there is NO dumisane on the property or surrounding properties.

I have been trying to get answers from the Waterkloof branch in Pretoria since January. My emails are not being answered and whenever I call they lady i need to speak to is not in and does not phone me back.

I paid for my documents to be delivered to a certain person at a specific address and to this date, I have not been able to track my documents. I will NEVER recommend postnet to anyone of my family and friends because of the lack of feedback and general care for their clients.
My family and I went to the Karoo restaurant at the Irene Mall in Pretoria and not only was the food amazing but our waiter was funny and quick.

I would recommend them to ALL my family and friends!!!
Rant ahead *** I have been trying to open a business account with First National Bank since the 5th of June. FNB prides itself with allowing you to open accounts via their website but unless you want to wait over 3 months to use this account then I suggest you stay clear!!

I applied for a business account from FNB on June 5th, to this day I have not been successful. I had to go through a rigmarole to get the paper work done which after getting it done, I was told was not suffice.

I was told I need to have Proof of address which is posted to my address. Firstly NO ONE gets post anymore and secondly I always choose to receive my accounts via email because it is easier and because I am renting at my current address.

I phoned last week and asked them to please get back to me regarding my paperwork which I sent through AGAIN. I have yet to hear despite the automated email response saying they will contact me within 2-3 working days.

I work retail hours and I am unable to make it to the bank - which is why I applied online.

It would be INCREDIBLE if someone at FNB could sort out this account soon. If I don't hear from FNB I will be closing my half opened business.
I attended the House and Leisure night market at the Big Red Barn last year December and paid for my entrance as well as a 3 month print subscription of their magazine. It is now March and I have YET to receive ONE magazine. I have emailed them to which I have not received a response. I wrote on their FB wall and once again - no response.

I will think twice about recommending anyone to the market or into subscribing to their magazine, as their service or customer care seems NONE existent.
