Best Customer Service
I received the best service from the Door Nation team. They were very professional and my garage door was fixed in less than an hour. Their customer service is superb and would recommend them anytime.

Poor After Sales Service
I made use of Door Nation twice in 2020 for new installations. Service was good and I was happy with the quality and prompt response. But unfortunately after sales service is extremely poor lately. For the past month I have been trying to get them to look at an issue with a garage door unit still under warrantee. WhatsApp messages are ignored for a week at a time. Eventually a technician did have a look, indicated that he knows what is wrong and left without doing anything. This week we were promised that a technician would return to look at the issue but unfortunately we were stood up again without any notification. My advise is to consider alternative installers if after sales service is important to you. I am for sure not using Door Nation again.

Door Nation is amazing!
Carl and Andre were amazing! The gate motor was damaged by a power surge. Andre was quick to assess it and wrote a damage report which we were able to send to our insurance company. The very next day, the motor was replaced and Andre installed an anti-theft device as well. A day later, we found an issue with our remotes. Andre was quick to come back and sort it out with no extra charge. Door Nation was willing to wait for payment for a few days until we received pay out from our insurance company. The professionalism and commitment from these guys was faultless and I will turn to them again should we have any other areas where we need help. Thank you Door Nation
