Poor After Sales Service

I made use of Door Nation twice in 2020 for new installations. Service was good and I was happy with the quality and prompt response. But unfortunately after sales service is extremely poor lately. For the past month I have been trying to get them to look at an issue with a garage door unit still under warrantee. WhatsApp messages are ignored for a week at a time. Eventually a technician did have a look, indicated that he knows what is wrong and left without doing anything. This week we were promised that a technician would return to look at the issue but unfortunately we were stood up again without any notification. My advise is to consider alternative installers if after sales service is important to you. I am for sure not using Door Nation again.
