Damaged door

Bad experience bought a door from them and their installer damaged the door hardly 3days nd when I reported to them they dont want to refund me..they dont want to give installers number to come see the damage. They telling me that the door is A Voetstot but they never mentioned that to me as per conversation with the Sales person Raadiya. They refusing to come see nd fix the door or replace they want me to pay more for the different door they say they don't want to take risks. But they don't want to refund me or offe3 a better door instead I must pay more nd plus add for installation for the second time. But the sales lady said there is guarantee nd warranty on the the door please help me . They reaping ppl off..I bought the door for R2750 plus installation R1300.. But now they dont want to fix my problem. I want to expose them. RAADIYA, Yavish ND MR Anhed I'm not happy at all.
