I applied for a Debt review with them in January 2023..so they kept telling me they busy with my creditors of which was just 4 of them. So in Feb 2024..the first debit of R5700 they deducted from my account and only paid Absa vehicle R168. The rest they say was for administration. Sadly I kept getting calls from my creditors of which I thought they spoke to them and they are aware of the step I took with Vantage. Hell no..it was not like that I was wrong. Then I got calls from absa threatening to even take my car..had to make arrangement and make payments again Then this month March 27th they deducted again while the process was not successful with all creditors. THIS CHUMA N KEPT SAYING ALL WILL BE OK BUT THEY DEDUCTED MY MONEY AND I HAD TO GO PAY R170000 to KEEP MY CAR. CLEARLY THEY WERE STILLL TRYING TO MOTIVATE WITH SOME OF MY CREDOTORS...BUT THEY STILL TAKIMG MY MOMEY. THE TEAMLEADER KAREMA..EWAN ND CONSULTANT CHUMA KEPT IGNORING ME. I WANT MY MONEY BACK FOR MARCH..AND CANCEL YOUR SERVICES.. I WANT OUT..I HATE UR SERVICE ITS NOT PROFESSIONAL. REGARDS SE****LO GM MUSI
I bought a packet of Simba CHIPS THE MEXICAN CHILLIE FLAVOUR. The packet was so bad the chips looked like they were rotten with black marks on them. i called their customer line on the 21 July 2021, and the following ref number was provided 21-07-1445, their consultant agent promised me that someone will call me back till to this date. what kind of service is that while they produce bad chips. i called again and their consultant asked me to send me the pics to their Whats app line i did so on the18 August 2021, till to date NO ONE I MEAN NO ONE CAME BACK TO. IM NOT HAPPY AT ALL
REFERENCE 2WO 00134 .My Wonga account was handed over to VVM, and my debt balance was R2323.00. and I just made a settlement account with the consultant by the name of Bats or Betsy not sure of the name and that was on the 10th of June 2021. She promise to get back to me as I was asking for Discount on the balance. She spoke to whenever she claimed she spoke to and she came back saying the amount was R1873.00. THEN ASI WAS ABOUT TO PAY..I get an SMS SAYING MY account has been handed over not even informed me.. ABOUT IT INSTEAD THE SMS SAID THE ACCOUNT HAS BEEN SOLD TO NBA..AND THESE PPL NOT EVEN CALED ME TO LET ME AWARE OF THAT, THEY SMS AND I HAD TO CALL THEM TO GET INFOMATION. SPOKE THE LADY BY THE NAME OF KYLAN WHO HANGED UP THE PHONE ON ME WHEN I WAS TRYING TO GET INFORMATION AS NOW SHECLAIMED I NOW OWE THE WONGA ACCOUNT R2576.. why I dnt understand why much..then I contatct NBS THEY SAID THE MONEY WENT UP AGAIN..R2678.. IMAGINE. LET THEM SEND ME ,MY TRANSFER BALANCE FROM VVM TO NBS. IM NOT GOING TO PAY THE AMOUNT I DNT UNDESTAND HOW THEY ACCUMULATED IT. VVM ND NBS MUST GIVE ME ANSWERS, AND NBS CONSULTANT ARE RUDE.
I want to thank the manager of Outsurance Mrs Gaenor Fortein for getting back to me and acknowledging and accepting their fall from their mistake. They even worked on the error messages that I sent them about their system failing to accept my OTP, they informed their IT, that worked on the issue, and they were happy that I even made them aware of the error. one of their consultant called me on Friday to confirm the banking details and assuring me that on the 5th the money will be in my Bnak account. thank you Hello Peter and THANK YOU OUTSURANCE, YOU ROCK.
hi. outsurance promised me r500. should my cover not beat theirs but they never paid me. i sent them all the relevent poilicy document of mine,but they keep taking me from one pillar to the other. they are not keeping to their word, disappoited. Bad experience bought a door from them and their installer damaged the door hardly 3days nd when I reported to them they dont want to refund me..they dont want to give installers number to come see the damage. They telling me that the door is A Voetstot but they never mentioned that to me as per conversation with the Sales person Raadiya. They refusing to come see nd fix the door or replace they want me to pay more for the different door they say they don't want to take risks. But they don't want to refund me or offe3 a better door instead I must pay more nd plus add for installation for the second time. But the sales lady said there is guarantee nd warranty on the the door please help me . They reaping ppl off..I bought the door for R2750 plus installation R1300.. But now they dont want to fix my problem. I want to expose them. RAADIYA, Yavish ND MR Anhed I'm not happy at all.
i had an account with Woolworths and yes i defaulted on my montly payment..They then handed me over to their legal department for collection. I was called by consultants from MBD Attorney. an agreement was made between me and MBD to pay my account. And all the payment was paid and account settled. THey (MBD) sent me a letter of settlement . And this was in November 2014.<br> <br> Then recently in July i got a call from Brooks AND Luyts Attorneys calling on behalf of Woolworths requesting me to pay my account. I was so frustrated and stressed cos i know that i paid up my account. spoke to different consultant from both MBD AND BRROKS AND LUYTS but none of them is helping me out.<br> <br> From MBD - SPOKE to Florah M,WHO IS A TEAM LEADER and she agreed that it was their fault but still they not sorting out the matter. <br> <br> From Brooks and Luys - spoke to mr Beatus Langa - teamleader he also was usless and worse i sent him letter of settlement but they not assisting me at all.<br> <br> i went to WOOLWORTHS instores the sales person sent my settlement to their head office but still no help.<br> <br> please help me..i cant deal with this matter on my own cos they not taking it serious and it really messed up my credit<br> <br>
