Vantage Debt Management
Scores reflect the Overall AI Score for each category
Based on recent customer reviews, Vantage Debt Management delivers a sharply divided experience. The onboarding and initial consultation process draws strong praise for named consultants who are professional, empathetic, and thorough. However, a recurring pattern of communication breakdowns, billing disputes, delayed clearance certificates, and questionable debt review placements severely undermines trust once clients move beyond the initial sign-up phase.

I would not recommend anyone to be part of Vantage Debt Management Services. This has honestly been one of the worst financial decisions I have made. Once you are in the process, it feels nearly impossible to exit ,even when your financial situation has significantly improved. Yes, I voluntarily app**** for assistance at the time, and I appreciate the initial support provided. However, I have now settled approximately 90% of my debt and have been requesting specific documents from Vantage. All I am asking for are the following documents relating to my account: • Form 17W • Form 16 • Final Proposal Despite follow-ups, I have not received these documents or clear communication on when they will be provided. This should be a straightforward request( I am aware of the pro’s and cons and I fully accepted). However, instead this has turned into unnecessary back-and-forth communication with no resolution. I would appreciate urgent assistance and confirmation of when I will receive the above-mentioned documents.

On 2 February 2026, I emailed Vantage requesting the following documents: Form 17.1, 17W, 17.2, Final Proposal, and Form 16. I also attached two documents (one from myself and one from my lawyer) regarding termination of debt review. On 4 February, I sent a follow-up email requesting feedback, no response. I then called on 5 and 6 February and was told emails take 3 days to be answered. I explained it had already been more than 3 days. I was promised a response and a call back, which never happened. I called again on 9 February (one week later) , again promised feedback, again no response. On 10 February, I sent another email and CC’d another company as proof that I had been trying to get assistance. On 11 February, Vantage finally responded and sent all documents except Form 17W. Their reason for not sending it did not make sense and showed they had not properly reviewed my attached documents. On 16 February, I sent two more emails : one responding to their reply, and another stating it would be my final request for Form 17W and for them to review my documents (this time I attached six documents). I again CC’d the other company for proof of my efforts. Today, 18 February, there is still no response. I called again this morning and was told they respond within 3 working days and would reply before end of business , something I have repeatedly been told since the beginning of February without any action. When I raised my frustration and mentioned escalating the matter, the consultant was nonchalant. This ongoing lack of communication, delays, and failure to provide a required document has caused unnecessary stress and frustration. I expect urgent resolution and proper professional communication.
