This is the worst experience ever to say the least. For the first time using you and this is what I get?? I am always the one that has to followup with them. I have one of the companies that was deducting directly from my payslip, been asking for the refund and I have been pushed from pillar to post, I honestly regret agreeing for them to assist me.

This the worst Company,do not use it,I was helped by a Guy called Calvin,He was a good consultant through the whole process until when they had to deduct the money.They deducted the money agreed upon but my accounts deducted also,i was left with literally nothing on my payday.When i called to speak to him i was told he will call even now iam still waiting for the call,two days i was calling them,they say he will call you back, they never did because i wanted to cancel the application,i even wrote them an email but nothing.When they wanted business he called everyday now i cant get hold of him.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!

This the worst Company,do not use it,I was helped by a Guy called Calvin,He was a good consultant through the whole process until when they had to deduct the money.They deducted the money agreed upon but my accounts deducted also,i was left with literally nothing on my payday.When i called to speak to him i was told he will call even now iam still waiting for the call,two days i was calling them,they say he will call you back, they never did because i wanted to cancel the application,i even wrote them an email but nothing.When they wanted business he called everyday now i cant get hold of him.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!

I contacted Vantage in 2023 for assistance with debt management, genuinely believing they would help improve my financial situation and make the process easier. After signing up, they began debiting me as agreed. However, several issues arose: Firstly, they deducted three months’ worth of premiums as commission, which was not properly explained to me upfront. Secondly, the companies I owed money to started contacting me directly, indicating that they were not receiving payments from Vantage as expected. Due to these concerns, I made the decision to cancel their services and take over the repayment of my debt myself. After successfully settling all my accounts, I contacted Vantage in February 2026, informing them that everything had been paid in full and provided proof of all payments. At that stage, I was told that I needed to pay an additional fee in order for them to process my clearance certificate. I paid this fee as requested. It has now been almost two months, and I have still not received my clearance certificate. Furthermore, my name remains flagged as being under debt review. I have sent numerous emails requesting feedback, but have received no response. I also reached out directly to Ouphula, who has similarly not responded. This lack of communication and failure to deliver on their obligations is extremely concerning and unacceptable. Based on my experience, I believe this matter requires urgent attention and further investigation.

Its been 2 months since I sent all my paid up letters to get clearance certificate from this company even now I am still waiting, their service its bull **** ,they rob their clients money and after they dont care about them ,they are selfish, I wont encourage anyone to use them ,unprofessional .

This is the worst experience ever to say the least. For the first time using you and this is what I get?? I wish I had known and went with other companies .

Worst experience in my life,the consultants don't have time to talk over the phone,the even sound tired,never respond on time even on that stupid whatsapp they always want to use,i spoke to a guy called Aphiwe and he was very much unprofessional!!!later got a message from some girl and i forgot her name but she told me my amount has changed from 1200 to 2000 and i requested a call for them to actually explain whay it changed,but nobody bothered to call,got an email from Aphiwe and asked him to call me but he never called,next i see is money being debited from my account when i never agreed to the damn 2000. today i call in and Anokhu Batyi took my call and sounded like he was high as hell from **** or tired,he didn't even try to assist me and said he will ask Aphiwe to help me after i made it clear that i don't i do not want to deal with him,but he kept saying oh no Aphiwe will help you,2 hours later that stupid Aphiwe hasn't called me!!Very unprofessional humans who act like they are forced to work.No man!!people need not to look for jobs if thry can't do the job.
