Worst experience in my life,the consultants don't have time to talk over the phone,the even sound tired,never respond on time even on that stupid whatsapp they always want to use,i spoke to a guy called Aphiwe and he was very much unprofessional!!!later got a message from some girl and i forgot her name but she told me my amount has changed from 1200 to 2000 and i requested a call for them to actually explain whay it changed,but nobody bothered to call,got an email from Aphiwe and asked him to call me but he never called,next i see is money being debited from my account when i never agreed to the damn 2000. today i call in and Anokhu Batyi took my call and sounded like he was high as hell from **** or tired,he didn't even try to assist me and said he will ask Aphiwe to help me after i made it clear that i don't i do not want to deal with him,but he kept saying oh no Aphiwe will help you,2 hours later that stupid Aphiwe hasn't called me!!Very unprofessional humans who act like they are forced to work.No man!!people need not to look for jobs if thry can't do the job.
Very bad service,been calling them for 3 weeks now and even that stupid chat box on the app and nobody helps me...they keep saying they get will fix my issue and update me...I have spoken to 5 ****en different people and nobody managed to help me this one guy even knew my name at some point and kept hanging up on me evrytime he hears my voice...I have been sending emails and no one is willing to assist...****en poor service and not o be trusted
Ackermans Debt collectors ladies i very rude,i'm so ****en fed up with them. one lady called me and i asked her to call me back at 9am as i was about to enter into a meeting but she said no she will be too busy to call me back,i asked for her name and she didnt want to provide and asked when am i going to pay,this is really ridiculous. An hour later i recieved another call from Alicia or something,she literally hanged up on me and told me to go to the shop if i want any further information with regards to my account,i dont know if they ****en stupid or lazy or not getting paid enough money to listen their clients...but they need to ****en sort out their attitude,it stinks
HONESTLY ABSA SHOULD JUST CLOSE DOWN,THEY REALLY FULL OF NONESENSE,I LOST MY JOB AND I USED TO RECIEVE MY SALARY THERE,NOW THAT I DONT WORK THEY TOLD ME I OWE BANK CHARGES FOR R200,UNDERSTANDABLE!!!AFTER A MONTH THEY CALLED ME TO ASK ME TO PAY LIKE I TOOK A LOAN WITH THEM, I MEAN ITS JUST BANK CHARGES FOR HAEVENS SAKE,OH AND NOW THEY UPPDATED THE CREDIT BEREAU!!!!THIS IS TOTALLY BUL**** I MUST SAY,WHY CANT THEY WAIT JUST LIKE EVERY OTHER BANK FOR ME TO PAY FOR THOSE BANK CHARGES...**** THEM
