I contacted Vantage in 2023 for assistance with debt management, genuinely believing they would help improve my financial situation and make the process easier. After signing up, they began debiting me as agreed. However, several issues arose: Firstly, they deducted three months’ worth of premiums as commission, which was not properly explained to me upfront. Secondly, the companies I owed money to started contacting me directly, indicating that they were not receiving payments from Vantage as expected. Due to these concerns, I made the decision to cancel their services and take over the repayment of my debt myself. After successfully settling all my accounts, I contacted Vantage in February 2026, informing them that everything had been paid in full and provided proof of all payments. At that stage, I was told that I needed to pay an additional fee in order for them to process my clearance certificate. I paid this fee as requested. It has now been almost two months, and I have still not received my clearance certificate. Furthermore, my name remains flagged as being under debt review. I have sent numerous emails requesting feedback, but have received no response. I also reached out directly to Ouphula, who has similarly not responded. This lack of communication and failure to deliver on their obligations is extremely concerning and unacceptable. Based on my experience, I believe this matter requires urgent attention and further investigation.
