****ED , ANNOYED , DISAPPOINTED
This is the worst experience ever to say the least. For the first time using you and this is what I get?? I am always the one that has to followup with them.Even when you try and plead with them , nothing happens. I honestly regret agreeing for them to assist me. I wish I had known and went with other companies .
