DoorsPlus is unprofessional and doesn’t complete installation after payment

The most unprofessional service provider I have ever experienced in my life and the most costly mistake I made by selecting them for my renovation project I started in September 2024.

Even though 3 different employees came over to measure for installation of folding doors, the aluminium doors were incorrectly manufactured and poorly installed.

I gave up on calling them after numerous calls and many unkept promises from Gerhard, Mike and Chris. The owner or manager Sungeni doesn’t respond to customers who have made payment.

In the end I had to pay around R5000 for another installer called Sigma Doors to finish off the installation and to avoid having an unsecured opening over the holidays. And they said they have never seen such poor workmanship in their history in the industry.

To this day, they have not contacted me to complete installation after accepting around R60 000 in payments. This is not a sustainable business if they think that they can get away with treating customers like this.
