bad service

I had won a weekend to doringbos on a radio station. I had contacted them last year and everytime they were fully booked. Now in the new year i contacted them again and the say that they booked a weekend for me but we were not there. I am disgusted in the way that i was spoken to and will definetly not recommend doringbos to anyone. and i have not gotten there and already recieved disgusting service.
