No service and take your money
Paid for a laptop keyboard 2 months ago and received nothing. Don't reply to emails and don't answer their phone. Seems it is a scam company

the worst service i have ever expierenced
I ordered a wireless device on the 20th of November and received an email on 11 December that my device is on its way. It is now the 12 December and still no device. I contacted afrihost and they say that digital plant tried to deliver the device but i was home all day. I tried to contact digital planet and all 4 times i keep getting disconnected. I have still yet not even received a call or sms or even a phone call from digital planet for delivery. Your customer service is pathetic and cannot see that you company still has business with such bad service. PATHETIC

Order New Package
on the 20th November i ordered Fixed Wireless Package for Afrihost. I followed up on the 22nd of November and they said they have a shortage of the device and i would have it by the end of the month. I then cancelled my 2mb line for the end of the month as i would have my device from them. I the as a follow up contacted them on the 28th of November and they had told me i must contact the courier as they had the device. I contacted the courier and they said that they dont have the device and i must contact Afrihost. I then contacted Afrihost again and asked to speak to a manager and they told me that one of them would get back to me by the end of the day. Now it is the 4th of December and no one has contacted me back and still no device. When you sign up for the package it says you will have your device within 7 to 10 working days. I have been a customer for 4 years and this is how they treat me.

bad service
I had won a weekend to doringbos on a radio station. I had contacted them last year and everytime they were fully booked. Now in the new year i contacted them again and the say that they booked a weekend for me but we were not there. I am disgusted in the way that i was spoken to and will definetly not recommend doringbos to anyone. and i have not gotten there and already recieved disgusting service.

Register with Trans Union
I am disgusted that after having Medical aid with momentum for so long and not missing a payment they debited my account and i saw the debit order was returned in December. They never notified me that they were not paid and went and registered me as a bad payer with trans union. This is the first time i have seen that a payment has not gone through and now my credit score is bad. This is pathetic service.
