Horrendous Service

<p>I would never recommed anyone use this spa!!! They had a special on groupon and my sister bought three vouchers. We have tried contacting Marlene from Double Infinity who is impossible to get a hold of to book our massages.  The first time she told us that the dates had to be shifted becuase she did not have a massage the******. The second time she told us that there were renovations going on around her building and she couldnt work in that noise and then we couldnt get a hold of her to confirm our booking. We have been trying since July to get a booking. Marlene is very unprofessional and has no respect for customers or her business!!!!</p>
