Douglasdale Pharmacy - Incompetence at all levels
If there was a star for ZERO rating this chemist would get it! They dont even deserve a one-star rating! Every single month its a fight with their delivery service. The staff are incompetent, as are the dispensary staff! They dont answer WhatsApp messages after instructing you to use the WhatsApp number. Its not my problem they are over extended with deliveries - employ another driver!! God knows this country has an unemployment issue!

Hi, " This was sent to them" Please advise on your pricing model. I have been buying Neomercazole from You at R20 per table, and i take 15 tablets a day..this works out to R300 per day.... I called Dis-Chem and asked them for a price on the same table: Neomercazole, their price was R5 per tablet.... so much to my dismay, and disbelief i have been paying R15 more per tablet, you guys have been RIPPING me off so BADLY... its to the point of ridiculousness..i will therefore not support you anymore even thou i like the people working for you....it is totally disgraceful that you take advantage the sick to the extent that they cannot afford to -medicate themselves correctly...sorry bu i am disgusted. i would like an explanation, and please DO NOT say you are within the Medical Aid rates quota, PLEASE. ********** 253...Head Office YOU ARE RIPPING your Clients off....I am going to compare other medication to that of Dis-Chem, watch this space.....GRRRRRRRR
