Has to be THE most *********** courier company this side of the equator! Absolutely useless. I landed up having to cancel my order with the supplier, because of non-delivery. On two occasions this useless delivery service CLAIMED to attempt to deliver and stated they could not find the address. and on those two occasions, NO ONE called me. No One! I tried calling the call center at 8.15am (their recording claims office hours start at 8am), held on for almost 10 minutes, only to be cut off - not once, not twice, but THREE times! I fail to understand how anyone can use this service company when you see how many 1 star ratings they have!

My emails have not worked in over a month, and when I contacted them, they claim that my domain was registered by one of their resellers, and I need to deal with them! Yet, they cant give me contact details of THEIR reseller, siting the POPI law - I wish people understood the POPI act! Still no resolution!
My dog needed emergency surgery on a Saturday. Staff at One Plan, particularly Kim and Lorraine offered TOP NOTCH service and care. They were both so kind and caring and pushed through the authorisation in less than 30 minutes!!
Dont ever consider these people for your car service plan. The most rude, *********** bunch of staff I have ever come across!
So unhappy with their service department. Quoted me about R40k to replace the aircon compressor because "the bearings have collapsed". Took it to an auto electrician and aircon specialist, who said nothing wrong with the bearings, and have replaced the compressor, and overhauled the aircon system for R11k !!
Serious attitude problems with the staff. All I want is someone to explain to me in plain english in an email as to WHY I cant cancel my policy - Rude, Flippant and unhelpful!!
I made enquiries to book a class, and received a WhatsApp quote of R500 per person. I quoted this number to my guests, and requested an invoice. Only to receive an invoice with an additional "admin fee", and when questioned the employee about it, I was told to take it or leave it, as I am not a customer yet, and she refused to give me the name of the owner and/or Manager. Hence I left it.
Arrogant ! late with delivery, and no means to call them, other than through the App and/or Facebook messenger (and then they only respond almost 24 hours later on FB). Argumentative and arrogant. Same price as the pet shop down the road from me, so I wont bother with them again!
Pity there isn't a ZERO star rating!! Renault Bryanston is the WORST in the customer service category! Never again. The old saying: "Fool me once, shame on you, Fool me twice, shame on me!" I have been an absolute FOOL believing this franchise will change. Shocking service delivery does not even begin to describe this branch. And their response to me : "You're always welcome to take your car to another dealer" My only advice .... DONT DO IT!!
