I had placed an order which was only partially fulfilled. I sent an email to report the missing items to which I did not get a reply. Ultimately I was able to chat to someone on their web site who told me that the item was out of stock and they expect to have stock in a day or two and will contact me. Nearly 3 weeks later I have not been contacted and have not received the outstanding items on the order. I have emailed again and have sent messages on Facebook and on their web site chat. So far I have not received any response. I will update my experience once I have received a response, but at this stage I can only caution against using thedogfoodapp.🤨

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience using the Dog Food app. We placed an order on April 29th, and on April 30th, we realized we needed to change the delivery address. Since then, it has been over a week (now May 7th), and our dog food still hasn't arrived, with no estimated time of arrival provided. The app has been unhelpful throughout this process. Whenever we reach out for assistance, they simply blame the courier company, RAM. However, when we contacted RAM, they confirmed that they never received the address change and are still operating with the original information. This lack of coordination has left us in a frustrating limbo with no clear resolution. What’s most disappointing is the lack of urgency and accountability from the Dog Food app. As former regular customers, we expected a higher level of service and support. Instead, we feel brushed aside, with no one taking responsibility for the issue. Due to this experience, I can no longer support this service, as they have shown a disregard for customer care and have failed to provide the assistance we needed. I sincerely hope they improve their communication and take accountability in the future, as it is crucial to maintain customer trust.

I’ve been using them for a few years now. I’ve placed a total of 17 orders and have never been disappointed. The app tells you if there will be a delay in the delivery due to low stock or any other reason with an expected delivery date provided before you make payment. The app also notifies you when your order is out on the road and when you’re next up for delivery. They also have good deals for tick and flea treatment when you order food and they accept all Hill’s vouchers/coupons.

Ordered 12kg bag Hills dog food on Wednesday 7th June at 350 cheaper than other suppliers. It arrived at my door today at 1 pm 8th June. Kept me informed of delivery details on their chat box at all times. The app is a bit slow though, but it works

Pathetic experience with delivery. App is slow and doesn't allow you to input correct address. ZERO customer service and same excuse for error that they said they were fixing 4 months ago. Quick to take your money but not deliver goods or refund immediately so you can go somewhere reliable to purchase

I have used the app a 3 times, and it worked brilliantly. I then placed a repeat order on Wednesday the 29th of March expecting instant delivery as this is what they promise. I then receive a response saying we will deliver on Saturday. I rep**** saying this totally unacceptable. I had to follow up with them as they never come back to you to find out when my order will arrive. They promised the following day (30th) as they just received stock. The order never arrived on the 30th, I received my order at 18:00 on the 31st and it was completely wrong. It is not the order I asked for (and it's a repeat), it's not even the same brand.Never again!!!!!!!!! Im waiting for the exchange!

I bought dog food because they promised next day delivery. Once I paid I was notified delivery would be later that week so I asked to cancel. They were happy to cancel, asked for bank details and promised a refund. 2 weeks later, no refund and no dog food. No one replying on their chat or support.
