I had placed an order which was only partially fulfilled. I sent an email to report the missing items to which I did not get a reply. Ultimately I was able to chat to someone on their web site who told me that the item was out of stock and they expect to have stock in a day or two and will contact me. Nearly 3 weeks later I have not been contacted and have not received the outstanding items on the order. I have emailed again and have sent messages on Facebook and on their web site chat. So far I have not received any response. I will update my experience once I have received a response, but at this stage I can only caution against using thedogfoodapp.🤨
Even though they probably do not carry much stock on premises, their services was excellent with good prices, prompt response to any queries and efficient shipping.
I have been with HostAfrica for well over a year now and the service level has been consietently excellent. Their support has also been very fast, friendly and to the point.
The service I have received from Rebel Gaming has been exception and beyond what one would expect. I have purchased multiple times now from Julio at Rebel Gaming. The prices have been good, shipping prompt and the communication and assistance exceptional. On my last order I made a mistake ordering the incorrect memory. I contacted Julio on a long weekend to ask him whether I could exchange. He did so at no extra charge Rebel Gaming even carried the additional courier charge, even though I offered to pay for any additional costs. Early on Monday the incorrect memory was collected and the replacement was received a few hours later.
I bought a Logitech C920 web cam at a competitive price. The transaction went smooth and delivery was rapid. I am happy to see the FirstShop is continuing to provide a very good service.
I bought a laptop keyboard for a competitive prize. The owner went out of his way to make certain that I receive the correct model, dispatched the product well packed as promised and assisted when the courier had issues delivering the product. It was a pleasure doing business with GD Technologies and I will continue doing so in future.
