Feeling genuinely sad and disappointed. I bought a Fiat 500 from Renault Bryanston, and it broke down with a major gearbox/actuator/TCM fault about 6 months later (we’ve been without the car since 22 Dec 2025), 5 days out of warranty. When I asked for the promised RWC and 101-point check reports, I was given the run-around and documents were repeatedly said to be “attached” but weren’t. I was simply told it’s “out of warranty” and that repairs are at my cost. Very poor after-sales support and no real accountability. I do not suggest buying a car from this dealership.

Feeling genuinely sad and disappointed. My renault triber was taken by Renault assist to Renault Bryanston on the 20th November 2025. I have called multiple times and have not been adequately assisted. I have spoken to Claire the service manager from Renault Bryanston and Lydia and Amanda from Renault SA and they have not assisted me. I still have not received a courtesy car. At first they said its just the radiator now they saying a new engine is required. Engine was replaced in Febuary 2025. They are refusing to provide the recording of the original conversation where they said its just the radiator.

Renault triber did me dirty well last year I got a car through MFC finance and I specifically told them that it's for business they recommend a Renault triber and I have seen so many tribes on the road and people are happy with them but unfortunately that was not the case for me it's either I was sold a faulty car of which the Branston branch knew exactly that the car was faulty becoming in less that 3 months the car started giving me problems engine fault mind you this is a brand new car according to them but in less than a year and I have already returned it back to the 6 to 8 times im talking about a 2024 Renault triber and even now it's now working and i have tried exchanging the car with the Renault bryston with no lucky ...this is absolutely heartbreaking and i think they're taking advantage because im a woman and they think they can walk all over me.

He was with us every step of the way until we finish the process. A big thanks to you Brother and Renault Team keep up the good work

I took my car in for a service last Tuesday morning and, when I got home, I noticed one of my wheel caps was missing. I immediately took a video for proof and drove back the next day to report it. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and even went as far as offering to replace the wheel cap out of his own pocket — which I truly appreciated. However, I was told that the manager would contact me about the issue. It’s now been over a week, and I still haven’t heard anything from her. This lack of follow-up is extremely disappointing and has left me regretting taking my car to this dealership for service. 😓

Took my car in for a service, the front lady is the friendliest person I've ever seen, I was well received. Everything was great, the car was spotless. I had no idea it gets cleaned when you bring it in. The cleaning team did a wonderful job, last saw it that clean when I was getting out of the dealership in 2024. Minus 2 stars because the lady (Ayanda) handling my things lost my service book, she offered a new one without looking for my old one. I told her that I have time she can look for my old one. Later she comes handing me a booklet saying she found it in the pile. I opened it outside just before getting inside my car and realised she **** to me and gave me a new one saying it is my old one thinking that I will not open it there. I told the driver who shuttled me to work to please tell her that I am giving her the rest of the week to look for it. She'll call me when she's found it and I'll collect. She rang my phone once on a Monday. I called her back on a Tuesday and they told me she was busy and asked if she can call me back. Weeks have gone by and she has gone quiet. I want my book back, it holds sentimental value.
