What an absolutely joyous experience!! From staff (Tebogo) to thee most amazing show!!! This was and ALWAYS IS A TRULY AMAZING BEAUUUTIFUL EXPERIENCE!! I WILL ALWAYS RECOMMEND THE BARNYARD THEATRE
Had a massively frustrating and unpleasant stay at the Mondior supposed 4 star hotel. 1st reception accused me of booking complimentary accommodation twice, WHEN IN FACT THEIR OWN AGENTS CALLED ME 5 TIMES TO OFFER THE ACCOMMODATION AND BOTH RESERVATIONS WERE CONFIRMED IN WRITTING. 2ND, I WAS CHECKED INTO THEE WORST ROOM (51) IN WHICH THE SHOWER HEAD DIDN'T MOVE AND FACED AN UNCOMFORTABLE CORNER. 3RD THE SMOKING ROOM HAD NO ASHTRAYS. QUITE FRANKLY I CANT BE BOTHERED STAYING AT THIS HOTEL EVER. THE FRUSTRATION AND UNPLEASENTNESS REALLY ISNT WORTH IT. THEIR ONLY SAVING GRACE WAS THE FRONT OFFICE MANAGER MS. MTSHALI WHO WAS AT LEAST DECENT AND APOLOGETIC. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.
UTTERLY HORRIBLE SERVICE. Placed an order for a vef in a specific colour. Was told 'It shouldn't be a problem' then as soon as I paid the 50%deposit PLUS DELIVERY, THE STORY CHANGED TO YOU CANT HAVE THE COLOUR YOU WANT. WAS THEN TOLD TO PROVIDE MY BANKIBG DETAILS FOR THE REFUND, AND DAYS LATER AM TOLD TO WAIT FOR SOME BUYER. THE SALES PERSON IS DISMISSIVE AND HAS AN ATTITUDE THAT SAYS 'I CANT BE BOTHERED'. I WANTED TO BUY THIS BRAND BECAUSE IT IS MADE IN SOUTH AFRICA. NEVER EVER AGAIN. RRALLY NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE. WILL STILL BUY OTHER SOUTH AFRICAN MADE GOODS, JUST NEVER THIS ONE!!
Clean stunning place to stay, within walking distance to the ICC. YAMI at reception( hope I have spelt her name correctly) was simply a joy to deal with. This is the kind of professional, welcoming lady a guest wants at reception. Highly recommend!!
Enjoyed lunch and wine tasting last Friday. The battered hake was delicious and our sommelier Benjamin was simply a joy. What a truly beautiful way to enjoy our equally beautiful country. Highly recommend.
After an online search of whither ABSA certifies IDs and being told they do, went to Hartiez branch and was told no. If that was all I wouldn't be wtitting this. The VERY ABRUPT AND RUDE GENTLEMAN REFUSED TO CERTIFY MY ID. HE STOPPED SHORT OF TELLING ME TO BUZ OFF. HORRID HORRIBLE SERVICE. THANKFULLY I NO LONGER HAVE TO DEAL WITH ABSA
Was looking for microwave that was out of stock. Spoke to Lebo at the PNP Hartebee****rt Village Mall. Not only did she find me one, she actually called when it was in store. Brilliant service by all accounts, THANK YOU
HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET POLICY DOCUMENTS FROM ABSA'S SELF SERVICE PORTAL AND ALL I GET IS " Self-service is currently unavailable Don't worry, we are busy fixing it.Please try again later." FOR OVER 24 HOURS.
Stayed at the Mondior Hotel on Saturday night and was very disappointed at the room. The staff is still brilliant but the hotel room was a bit of a disaster..1st the key card wouldn't open the door. Maintenance come a few times but couldn't fix it. So every time I had to go to the room I had to get reception to open the door. Then there was the shower handle that fell off and I had to ***** it back on. The carpet also needs a good scrub. All in all this was an unpleasant experience, with the exception of really brilliant staff. At the very least, maintain the rooms and clean them properly BEFORE guests check in
From checking in ay Lanseria with the smilling Ms. Buthelezi to the staff on board and again ground staff in CT the staff was absolutely brilliant! Couldn't ask for better. Thank you to all.
