Glorious food, wine and a sommelier of note!
Enjoyed lunch and wine tasting last Friday. The battered hake was delicious and our sommelier Benjamin was simply a joy. What a truly beautiful way to enjoy our equally beautiful country. Highly recommend.

The Franschhoek Tram is overrated and trash......
This outing was as terrible, for the lack of better wording. Apart from overbooking that resulted in itinerary irregularities, the Franschhoek Tram team was quite unprofessional in dealing with such. They seem to have blatantly ignored (and probably), just deleted our complain email. This experience SUCKED SUCKED SUCKED! We highly recommend this overrated experience straight to the trash can. Ewww! This is a real-life case of "what you ordered VS what you get" scenario..... (The 1-star rating is only because there is no option for ZERO!!!)

Terrible
Absolutely horrific! What a waste of time and money! They promise a lot but offer almost nothing... I highly do not recommend!! They give a **** about you, they just want your money! Steer away!! Far away!

Lekker Franschhoek Wine Tram experience
We did a group tour this past Saturday with the Franschhoek Wine Tram and had a great time. Anga and Jody went out of their way to make sure the group stayed together and entertained. This must have been quite a task as we are a rather rambunctious group. Well done. A word of advice to the organizers of the trip: your website mentions tastings of between R50 and R150. Skip Klein Goederust next time - their pricing structure put a damper on our group's experience because NO ONE was willing to pay their rip-off fee of R200 per person per tasting. The rest was prima, however. Keep up the good work!!

Terrible Service - Pathetic
Absolutely disgusted with the service of this company. We had family here from the USA. Booked for the 16th, but due to stormy weather we decided it is not safe. We called numerous times for a refund prior to our trip, when we get told to email. Sent numerous emails which just not went through to them. Eventually today the mail gets through to them and they will not refund us. My family returned to the USA and I waisted R1400. I will never support them in future again. Beware because even stormy weather does not allow them to refund you!
