I took my car in for a service last Tuesday morning and, when I got home, I noticed one of my wheel caps was missing. I immediately took a video for proof and drove back the next day to report it. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and even went as far as offering to replace the wheel cap out of his own pocket — which I truly appreciated. However, I was told that the manager would contact me about the issue. It’s now been over a week, and I still haven’t heard anything from her. This lack of follow-up is extremely disappointing and has left me regretting taking my car to this dealership for service. 😓
Vodacom has debited by account for the second time this month for a device I did not receive. I have called many times asking them to cancel it but nothing has happened. I have taken an initiative to go to Randburg Square branch but they also couldn’t help me. Big companies cannot take advantage of us and get away with it! I want my money back!
Not sure where you get off debiting my hard earned money... stop!! i have never heard of this company. i want my money back. Fraudster.
I received a notification on my phone stating that an amount of 397 was debit from my account, ref#Ametlife. I do not hold any policy/contract with Metropolitan! I need this sorted out. This is fraud.
