Appaling experience with the delearship regarding a mechanical issue that the dealership is failing to solve it and also failing to meet their promises,
It’s one of the best gym , from customer service , reception and stuff Hygiene level is also satisfying , i love it
little did i know about this gym i did a gym swop from virgin active to planet fitness in Morningside , sandton simply because it's closer to my work place i joined the gym towards end of November 2024 and i paid the registration fee of R999 Which it was deducted from my account , December i went there to train boom my access was blocked , i was told that i did not pay the fee , i sent my bank statement , scrren shot to the sales manager then she promised that it will be sorted out asap January it was not sorted i went back i was told that the case has been escalated to the head office even now , so i decide to call the head office , guess what no ticket was logged regarding my case on top of that another R999 was debited now on the 1st of February , went to the gym to make follow up , the manager informed that the sales consultant whom assisted me captured my details wrong and she will look into it and she cant give me ETA , i regret moving from this gym
