Good day Police. How do you guys not certify my wife's documents when she brings her great grandmother's document to certify who lived in Rustenburg?

The service is rather poor. No remorse for important matters. Even with her daughter's certificate, you didn't want to certify her documents. How do you guys work? Come on man. We need this for application for funding to build rooms. Come on. How insensitive.
