DPD excellence in incompetence!

Ordered a parcel from Game. The incompetent driver from DPD didn't knock or ring the bell because he is too lazy to breathe I guess. And instead dropped my parcel on the blue bins on bin day like a complete idiot. So the trash people took my parcel. DPD refuse to contact the seller and get n new parcel to me even though it is completely their fault. They are all utterly useless!!!
